Ah, "if the brass plaque is correct!" There's the rub. The plaque is not correct. My grandfather spearheaded getting that plaque made back in the '30's and more information came to light later. I've looked into making a supplemental plaque to correct it, but it's really expensive!

We respectfully request permission to use the cemetery sign photo in our online tree. Marie has cousins interred there and the photo will make a great addition.
Thanks for your consideration.

|Monopoly07||Lydia Eckler Knapp|
Hi Anita. Thanks for your detailed wealth of information on the Ecklers. Such a big help in my research! I was wondering if you would be able to share the evidence of Lydia's marriage to William Knapp. I am struggling to find it and it is one missing piece of my puzzle. I have what i believe to be her death certificate and all the census entries, but cant seem to trace the marriage. Thanks in advance for your help.

By the way, I have a copy of his drawing you mention in his memorial. If you don't have it I will be happy to send it.
|K Todd Sherer||Keiser - Hudson Marriage|
You did a nice job on Wm. Keiser's memorial. You listed a couple of his marriages and you may see that I connected another one. He married my great aunt Caroline Babette "Carrie" Hudson deGravelles around 1950. By then her first husband had died. She was born and raised in St. Mary Pa., LA. She and 1st husband had 3 children and she is buried in Garden of Memories in Jefferson Pa, LA. I know Wm. is buried with another wife but he and Carrie were married when she died in AZ in 1955. I have her death cert and obit that lists him and their address in Quartzite. Hope it's okay that I connected them. I believe they were married around 5 yrs as the death cert says she lived in AZ for 5 yr.
