Ever since I was a kid, I have enjoyed history and puzzles, & I think genealogy is just that-a historical puzzle. I have been doing genealogy since 2005, and quickly realized that cemeteries are a good way to find missing pieces. I also know another way is getting info from other amatuer genealogists. I think it is important to document the past as much as we can.

Hi Jim,

Thank you for the photo of Mr. Ferrell mentioned in the subject line. Are you related to him? I am researching my Dadís family tree and I think my Dad was his half-brother. My Dad was born in East View (Harrison County) WV.

Thanks in advance for any information.

Everett E Doak
Same question as before but different headstone photo. You did a photo for Everett E Doak (Find A Grave Memorial# 97309719). Do you recall if it was at the Rose Hill Cemetery as shown there or Odd Fellows Cemetery?

Lucy DeMick Photo
You left a headstone photo for Lucy Windon DeMick (Find A Grave Memorial# 97309474) for which I thank you very much. Do you recall in what cemetery you took the photo? Was it the Rose Hill Cemetery or the Odd Fellows (IOOF) Cemetery, West Milford?
