I live in Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, but was originally raised in Eastern Idaho near Shelley, Bingham County. I graduated from high school and college in Idaho and was in the Air Force for 14 years. My wife and I worked for the State of Idaho since 1989 and both of us retired in 2016. I have 3 sons, 1 daughter, 1 daughter-in-law, 1 grandson (deceased) and 2 granddaughters.|
I enjoy working on family history projects.
If anyone wants to take over one of my interments because they are a closer relation than myself or my wife to the deceased, please contact me and I'll glady transfer or delete my internment. Please advise if you wish to use any of my photos for your own memorial internment. If you don't, I'll delete all photos as well. If you do plan to use my photo(s), copy them to your PC and then add them after you've created the internment. At this point, they'll be credited to you.

|Suzi||Barn Quilt Honoring Howard|
I don't remember if I mentioned this to you or not, but I created a 4' X 8' barn quilt that depicts parts of my grandfather's life. It is on the circa 1885 barn of the last home that he and Letha lived in at Red Cloud. My Mom still owns the property and uses it for a "bed and breakfast."

|Suzi||Howard Edward MULLEN|
Once again, I thank you for the information. I was thinking that I had an address for Gregg MULLEN but can't locate it. I should be able to contact someone from the family. Being that it was 1942, a death certificate would have had to have been filed as well. I guess I could always resort to that if need be.
I hope all is well with you and your family. Ours is doing fine. No news of a MULLEN reunion. With so many of them gone, I suppose it is difficult. I keep thinking I will make a short trip over to Red Oak but haven't been able to work it in. I know I would enjoy seeing the MULLEN home that is located there.
Thanks again for your assistance and I look forward to seeing you sometime.

|Suzi||Burial Location for Howard Edward MULLEN|
I was wondering if you had any record for the burial of Howard Edward MULLEN (1942-1942), the last son of Phillip Merriss and Lottie Belle KELLOGG MULLEN. I knew if anyone was knowledgeable about him, it would most likely be you, the family expert.
I was thinking it would be the Seibert, Colorado Cemetery. However, according to the FIND A GRAVE info for the cemetery his burial isn't listed. I remember the family talking about him and how the older children constantly carried him to keep him upright. I had heard he was born with a condition called "blue baby" but have never researched it to be knowledgeable about it beyond knowing that it was related to the circulatory system.
I will probably inquire of some of Phil's family members, if I am able to find some contact information. Thank you for any assistance you are able to lend.

Dann, I saw you on a number of the Mace family sites and then on this one Marjorie, on flowers it said you were a grandson. I am helping my friend do his family history and he is related to her as a 3rd cousin. - Nancy Berntson
