I am willing to help others locate their loved ones. We live in Grayson County in Northeast Texas. Surrounding Texas counties include Cooke, Collin and Fannin. Adding pictures is a wonderful way to continue the legacy. If I have added someone that you would like to add, please e-mail and I will be happy to transfer the memorial. Our county has outstanding reference materials that might help you!|

|Linda Kent||Porter Cemetery|
I just now came to a point where I had to look up Porter Cemetery. I couldn't believe my eyes because the last time I was there right around
2005 and it was all weeds. They were all dead and covered the headstones completely. It was so hard to get into the Cemetery we bottomed out and the weeds down the middle caught fire thank the good lord that we had water bottles. Lecy Snow Cooper is my great great grandma. Whoever did the cleanup on Porter gets my thanks and praise. So now if I go down to Hendrix Ok you can bet I'm going to Randolph. (lol) Once again thanks to everyone that had a hand in the cleanup. The poison oak I got tromping through all that dead grass to see a headstone was worth the itch.
|Gail Grich||James Foulks|
Sandy, I was at the Red Squirrel Cemetery outside of Galion a few years ago. At that time I believed Salome Foulks' grave stone was in the middle of overgrown briars and perhaps fallen over. I found her listed in a cemetery transcription at a local library. (doc. not at my finger tips). How do you know James Foulks is burried there? He is believed to have died about 1832/1833.
|jdbradley||Where is Lewis Cemetery?|
I see that you have taken FindAGrave photos in the Lewis Cemetery in Grayson County (e.g., Reuben John Yates). I was hoping you would be able to provide some details as to the location of this cemetery. The most I've been able to find is it "is located West of Pilot Grove near Bucksnort Road and 121"; unfortunately, that doesn't provide quite enough detail. Can you recall if it is located exactly at that intersection? Any further details would be greatly appreciated, including any particular distance from that intersection, what direction (North, south, east or west), and if it is located on private property.

|Kirk Castleman||Shannon Cemetery?|
I thought Shannon Cemetery was on Shannon Rd.
It is listed as being on Dripping Springs Rd. I'm confused! Help! I am researching the Speed couple, said to be buried in Shannon Cemetery. Thanks, email@example.com

I wonder if I might have permission to use your photo of the Martha Ann Younger grave marker for my family website. Please see http://beach-mcininch.com/mcininch/mcininch-cemeteries.html to see how I plan to use the photos.
