I have always been fascinated by cemeteries and I enjoy using this website as an excuse to indulge my interest, help people out, and learn about history. If you have any requests for Chicago area pictures please let me know and I will do what I can to fulfill them. Also, if you find any mistakes in the memorials I have posted please feel free to correct me. If you are a family member you are welcome to ownership of any memorial I have created.|

|Patsy Scheer||Elizabeth Kinzie Miller|
I would love to find out where Elizabeth Kinzie Miller is buried. I believe she died at fort Dearborn, but I'm sure she was moved to a cemetery somewhere. Do you have any idea?
|Patsy Scheer||Robert Kinzie|
I too am extremely interested in the Kinzie family members of early Chicago, as my 4th great grandfather was John Kinzie, first white settler of Chicago who lived across the Chicago River from Fort Dearborn. His first common law wife was Margaret Mckenzie, Kinzie, Hall who was my 4th great grandmother. Their first born son William was my 3rd great grandfather, buried in Nebraska. I wish there was an actual painting of John Kinzie, so I could see what he looked like. Thanks for your help and I appreciate anything else you can do for me concerning the Kinzies, Clyburns, John Kinzie Clark and Elizabeth Kinzie Miller who married Samuel Miller and died at Fort Dearborn.

thank you for replying. I am new to find the grave and was having a very hard time trying to save pictures. I still have not been able to do it on my phone. It would be great if you could email me copies of the photos you took. My email is email@example.com. I appreciate your assistance and thank you for your time. Jim Kenison

Thank you for the information RE John's final resting place - much appreciated. I've updated his memorial. Are you related? I'd be happy to transfer his care to you if you'd like.

Hi Don, sorry for the delay. No, I have no more information regarding Sherman Booth, just that he had donated his cemetery plot and moved to Chicago. If you can find him, great! I couldn't even tell you which cemetery he would be buried at. It's been a while since I had talked to anyone at the office regarding him. Regards, Nadeen

Don, take a look at the FAQ questions. I think one of them address that. I believe you can write firstname.lastname@example.org and in the email put the memorial Id (url) and then paste the bio. I believe that's how it works. I thought about doing a bio for him, but I just haven't had time. He's a relative so I should find the time, but bio's take some work. Good luck. I haven't had much luck lately getting memorials designated "famous".

We beat the odds...I love that.
I tried to find the Emma Nehls that you memorialized at Wunders, but no luck.
Thanks again for your great work!
