Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am Shirley Grant Farrell and my husband is Jim Farrell and we are retired and living in Hurst, Texas. We have 10 children between us, 17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. My husband Jim is a retired carpenter and I am a retired office manager.
I am really enjoying working on our family history. The surnames I am working on are Farrell, Neely, Clifford, Riley, Higgins and Stringer for my husbands family. For my family I am researching Grant, Tidwell, Gaddie, Duggins, Lassiter, Higgs, Nowell. For my son-in-law we are working on Goodell, Fink, Stein.

Anderson Family at White Cemetery
Hi, Shirley! I recently visited the White Cemetery in Dickson County, Tennessee, and tried to fulfill your 4 photo requests for Andersons. I could not find any markers for them.

RE: Hello
It was not a bit of trouble, I just wish I had done it correctly to start with. I must have had a photo, because that is the only way I would have had information to create the Memorial. Maybe I should not have deleted them, but I was my way of not trying to post them twice. Find A Grave has new tools that I just found and started using today so maybe I will make less mistakes, or is that just wishful thinking. This old dog thinks he can learn new tricks!! If you like genealogy you might check out the Arlington or Fort Worth societies.

RE: Hello
Hi,
Thanks for your question about Billy Ray Taggart
Find A Grave Memorial# 126872442.

1st, I don't know how I got the photo connected to Billy Ray, it is obviously not the correct Marker.
Do you wish me to delete it, or transfer it to you so you may correct the information and remove the photo?

2nd, I don't have any photos for Billy Ray's memorial. My process was to walk down the rows at the cemetery and take pictures, go home, post them and then delete them from my computer.

The folks at Moore Memorial Gardens are friendly and will look up records on a person. I am no longer in the area so can't go back and take a photo. You can request one on Find A Grave, or I might know someone that would go take a photo if you contact Moore and get the location. It's a huge cemetery and hard to find the marker even with information on the location.

“Let us sing praises of our ancestors…There are those for which there is no memory, they have perished as though they had never existed. They have become as though they had never been born. But these were godly people, whose righteous deeds have not been forgotten; their wealth will remain with their descendants, and their inheritance with their children's children. “ Ecclesiasticus 44 - Hymn in Honor of Our Ancestors

RE: Hello-- Ace Merrifield
Hi Shirley, my granpa Ace or Acie Merrifield was put in a mental hospital in his later years. I wonder if there is a way to find any records of where he was. Thank you.
