RE: Josephine Dwyer and Patricia Dwyer

Thanks - but I am not related either, so no need to transfer.

I do appreciate you updating the memorials.

RE: Grant Sherwood
Happy to transfer any to you. Use the edit tab on the individual memorial and request the transfer. Much easier as it gives me the memorial and your Find A Grave number. Thanks. karen

To answer your questions:
I am working on a very old computer. I can't make out the tombstone picture on this memorial at all.

I plan to buy a new computer SOON!!!

I added your data.

Sarah E Benjamin
Her tombstone says Sarah E. Benjamin

Here is what the cemetery records AND the tombstone say about one of her children:

"BENJAMIN, Eddie D. Died 5-17-1880 Age 1y 10m 26d Son of
William H. & Sarah E. Benjamin"

Look closely at Eddie's tombstone. Click on the picture and you can see it better!!!

What you don't seem to realize is that these ARE cemetery records that I am using from two different sources.

I think the reason the family records didn't have the other children is that they lived such a short time that they probably never appeared on Census records. People depend too much on family records and also Census records. That's what makes Find A Grave so wonderful, because the tombstones tell us so much and corrects and adds to family records!!! We discover new people that we didn't know existed.

So many precious children died so young.

Thanks for the photo, Lisa.
I have been to that cemetary once but missed that stone. This completes my family links to that cemetary. I hope to get there sometime in the next two years as our family is having a monument reset in the Mead Settlement Cemetary.
Happy Trails,
Michael Boyd
