I am actively researching the Morris/Wright/Smith/Flood families in Western Kentucky (Graves County) and the Mitchell/Jolly/Herrington/Dotson families of Northern Kentucky (Nicholas County).|
I will honor transfer requests if: (1) your relationship to the individual is closer than mine and (2) you promise to improve the memorial by adding more info and photos.
Please make transfer requests using the "Edit" button.

|Jim Head||Jeanne LaVasque|
I submitted ad edit to Jeanne LaVasque's birthdate, based on information in her obituary from the Dallas Morning New of Nov 27, 2011:
"Doris Jeanne LaVasque Melton, 83, of Naples, FL, passed away on November 13, 2011. She was born on November 28, 1927 in Morrilton, AR to Clyde Payne and Theresa Florence Vance LaVasque. Jeanne graduated from Will Rogers High School in Tulsa, OK and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Jeanne worked as a commercial artist and portrait painter in Russellville, AR, New York City and Dallas, TX. She also published a book of poetry after she moved to Naples in 1990. Jeanne is survived by her daughter, Jill Horrall of Avondale, AZ and step son, James Melton. Interment of Jeanne's urn will take place in Russellville, AR at a later date."
Note her parents are also buried in this cemetery.

|Peabody||Re Morris Family|
I ran across your profile and noticed your searching The Morris Wright Families.
Most of my Morris decendants started Their life
In Leasburg Caswell Co Nth Carolina. Ending up
just about all over the state of Kentucky.
Clinton Co Kentucky. Hopkins Co Kentucky. Webster
Co Kentucky. Marshall Co Kentucky. Henderson Co.
and Breathitt Co. an not to leave out Hardin Co.
I don't know if any of these match with the Morris's you are researching but who can tell, as
you see they run the gambit on county hopping.
Thanks for any info that you might have. And let's see if any of the Morris we have are holding hands across a county line. Lol.
