RE: your funny bio
Years of genealogy research have reinforced my belief that we humans are ALL cousins, and we do need to love and accept each other.

Good to "meet" you!

Annette Carr 96596482
Hello Roland. Awhile back, you transferred management of Annette Carr's memorial to me. I just received a note stating that the incorrect gravestone picture was attached to Annette. I realized that this was the case and copied the picture to her memorial that you had taken for her husband Clarence. That stone is for both of them. I attempted to delete the incorrect picture, but was not allowed to do so since I wasn't the one that added the picture there. Would you please make this deletion.

Thanks so much!

363 Headquarters Company 91st DIV
Hi RD,

I happen to have a photograph of the men of the 363rd Headquarters Comp 91st Division. My Great Great Uncle Otto Carlsen had been one of the soliders. Sadly this photograph was not marked with the names of the men. I'm recently on a mission using their passenger list from the S.S City of Cairo to go through each individual name and see if someone on had uploaded an individual photo of them. I was wondering, seeing as you are the historian for the 91st, if you would have any pictures of the men of the 363rd in your possession. I've found about 12 so far. I'll be happy to send you the photo I have. Sadly its 3 pictures of the original which is not in my possession.
my email is

RE: John Mann's grave photo
You are so Welcome. I am usually West or North. I am not really familiar with this particular area. It is laid out fine and fairly small, but not well marked and few requests come to Q.
I had no idea where I was. I was about to quit for the day, and return with more info from the records.
I JUST HAD To take a pic. Use my guild stone and get my feet wet and I will know where I am tomorrow.
The Pic I HAD TO TAKE, I got to the records and it WAS MANN.
SO Armed and dangerous, I went back yesterday and started with HIM and Using HIM, and My Map, I took out 6 in Q and 41 total other searches.
{J and E are nightmares compared to Q and I am familiar with them. J Missed 1 completely ugg.
E has its own eco system and I only checked 3 locations. One is Rough terrain but there were several requests and I can almost tell you the few stones that are on that hill. I have no idea why but that hill makes me sad, every time.
In total 41 stops, Only 11 actually had a stone. I have to go back to 2, with no stones but I was sooooooo close within inches.

Actually the further we get into recording these burials, Stones will all be records. We will be left with only those who never had a stone, OR a stone are lost [prob to gophers. in this cem.}
As long as I can find ENOUGH surrounding guild stones to pinpoint unmarked burials, and guilds like Mr. Mann who will help me find these burials, I am all in.

This one was a pleasure. THANK You for the opportunity.

My pleasure. Pure coincidence that I was there today and saw your request. I am in Hudson, Ohio. Let me know if there are others you need around here. Happy holiday weekend.
