Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a wife and mother of 6 daughters. I work for Bradley University. I have done extensive work with Find A Grave in Beardstown, IL when I was a library director there.
My home town is Peoria, IL, and I am happy to be living in the North Valley neighborhood. Springdale Cemetery is my favorite place. I am a family historian and I love going on cemetery hunts and taking pictures, so please ask me if there is someone in Peoria that you are looking for - I may be able to help!

Virginia Baker email
RE: According to the 1936-1937 Kingman High School Student Directory, Virginia Wack was a freshman living at 220 Mound St. in Peoria, Illinois.

I found a statement online as follows: "Originally it was named Kingman High School until 1937 when Woodruff opened." Perhaps that's why it mentions Woodruff in her obit. That's where she went the last 2-3 years of high school.

RE: Berrys
"Gal's" name was Myrtle "Gal" Hester Berry, not Gladys. I'd love to share pictures with you! I am Roy's granddaughter. He was my mom's dad. Thanks for the correction on El Paso, Illinois, not TX. I was wondering why she went to TX...I guess she didn't! lol

Roy Berry
He worked at Johnson & Johnson's in Ill (not Calif.) He only lived in Calif the last couple years of his life and lived until he was 95. He used to say he was going to live to be 100. He was close! Thank you for entering all the info on our family tree!

Grace D Berry
I noticed that you are managing Grace's obit. grace married my grandma's cousin Emden after his wife Wanda died. I was just wondering how you might be related to Grace.
