Work as a nurse, urgent care/family practice. Love cycling and reading. Love doing family research and helping others find their loved ones.

I am direct paternal descendent of John Harmon b1617 England, who sailed on the ship "Love" in July 1635 arriving in New England. He was the first settler of Springfield, Mass. in 1640. He is my 8th great grandfather.

Any photos that were taken by me may be used on genealogy websites such as You have my permission. All I ask is that I am given photography credit.

# 164139834 William W. Ewing SR
# 164139834 I just created a F A G memorial for William W. Ewing SR in Crestlawn Cemetery, Atlanta. I see you have made one for William W. Ewing Jr, his son. On that page you have linked Jr as a spouse to his mother, Evelyn B. Ewing. Would you please unlink them as spouses and make them mother and son. It is very confusing in this cemetery as there are two William Ewing Jrs. Very different ages, dates. Evelyn's stone has her husband listed (double stone) and it clearly says her husband is Sr. You might remove your picture of the double stone from Jr's page. Apparently, Jr only has the Military (US Marines)marker. Then you could place your picture of the double stone on Sr's memorial page.

I suggested an edit for you on Evelyn's full name, too.

Are you still here?
You are not making edits as requested and we are wondering, if you are still active on Find A Grave.

RE: FAG Email
Personally, I would leave both possibly with a note about the other. I have seen this before usually military deaths.

Fellowship Baptist Church Cemeteries in Thomaston, GA
Hi Gayle: As you know, Find A Grave has combined the listings for the two Fellowship Baptist Church cemeteries in Upson County, GA. That is historically incorrect. While they are in close proximity, they are not, nor have they ever been, "two sections of the same cemetery." There are two Fellowship Baptist churches, one African-American and one White, and each has its own cemetery. The result of this is that Find A Grave has eliminated the African-American cemetery. I have contacted Find A Grave to correct this. I hope others in Upson County will do the same. Thank you for your efforts to have the two cemeteries correctly listed.

Al Medcalf
Walter Spilers

Walt and Berner Spillers are buried in Midway Church Cemetery in Lamar County rather than Greenwood Cemetery. I was a close friend to them and was a pallbearer at Walt's funeral.

RE: Underhill/Harmon
Hi Gayle, There are many Underhills that I photographed the other day. I took about 150 photos and am uploading them as quickly as possible but we are working with limited internet and many requests in this cemetery. I will be uploading as many as possible this week and then will return to look for other that may still be missing next week. Please know that the cemetery records are missing many graves and I am creating entries as I work so it may take some time.
