Navy veteran, genealogist. Repaired and restored tombstones for 40 years. If you have questions about restoring or maintaining stones, I will do my best to answer.|
If you wish to have any managed memorial transferred to you, let me know.
NOTE: Parent in cancer treatment, so my time devoted to genealogy has been limited, but not curtailed. Hope to return soon.

Hi Bobby Jean, I believe you took the picture of the Chamois Cemetery in Chamois MO. I am trying to figure out just where that cemetery is located. Do you remember where it is located? Would you be willing to send me the directions of how to get there? From your comments the Oakland Cemetery is adjacent to the Chamois Cemetery. I would really be appreciative to know where both those cemeteries are located. Having difficulty finding them on a google map and on the internet.
Thank you so very much for taking the time to take the photos and post them. They are quite helpful and very appreciated! I look forward to hearing from you and hope your mother's health issues are better. Janet in Texas

Thank you for all the photos you've posted from the Linn Cemetery. These are my husband's relatives, and we appreciate you taking the time to do this. Thanks again.

Many thanks for getting the headstones onto Find A Grave for these relatives. The pictures turned out very well.
I wonder if you'd allow me to use the pictures in the family research, with credit of course?

Maria is not an ancestor of mine. Do you want a transfer and then you can combine the information? I would suggest keeping the one I entered since it has information of siblings, spouse and parents.

I just noticed you have posted a photo for M A Matilda Vaughan...thank you! Did you notice if there was a stone for her hubby, (George W) near her? If you are near this cemetery in the future, I would appreciate any photos of the Vaughan's stones...George W, Peter,Beauchamp, and Matilda. Thank you, Diane
|John Greusel||RE: Ella Olmstead at Stonner Cemetery|
Her last name was spelled Olmsted. Here's a link to her death certificate. http://www.sos.mo.gov/images/archives/deathcerts/1927/1927_00033639.PDF
Her husband died years earlier and you've found his marker I believe. The believe was (I think) she was buried with her husband. Thanks so much for your efforts. I'll dig a little as I can on the internet.
