|Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us every day, Unseen, unheard, but always near, Still loved, still missed and very dear.|
Your tombstone stands among the rest;
In this field of green.
The name and date are chiseled out
For all the world to see.
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I'd exist,
You died long before I was born.
Yet we are of one, you and I,
In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the life you lived
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot,
And come to visit you.
If a duplicate is created on the site for the same individual, the memorial page that was created in the correct cemetery first is the memorial page stays. We have a way to know where a memorial page was created and if and when it was transferred to another cemetery. Creating memorial pages as burial unknowns, moving to the correct cemetery after the memorial in the correct cemetery and then telling the contributor that was their first that they are second and to remove theirs is called Backdating and is not acceptable on the site. If Backdating a memorial is brought to our attention, then that memorial page will be removed from the site.

Hello Rose Marie! I was hoping you could transfer Memorial# 134614927 to me? Mr. Gray is my Father-In-Law and his son, my husband, does not have a Find A Grave profile..

Dear Rose Marie,
Thank You, Rose Marie, for giving me the name and detailed BIO of the author of the poem on your BIO page. It is such a Special Poem. I am so glad that I discovered it. Thank you for sharing. And thanks again for the info and name of the cemetery for Michael Laudano's Memorial Page.
|Pauline DiSipio||Thank You for Info for Michael William Laudano|
Hi, Rose Marie!
Thank You for the information for the FindAGrave Memorial I created for Michael William Laudano! I was wondering about his obituary and where he might be buried, and your info provided some information for me. Very appreciated.
Also, I read the Poem "Dear Ancestor" that is in your BIO on your FindAGrave Profile Page. It gave me goose bumps. It is beautiful. Do you know the author? Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Rose Marie. The other Rose had over 30,000 memorials before she died in Feb.

|Janet Forsythe||Edit message left on pages that i sponsored|
I was wondering if there is a way for me to edit the message I left on both Jeremiah and Jacob Sanders memorials? I sponsored both pages, and dont really want to delete and write another message altogether, I just want to change a few words on each message. Is there a way for me to do this? When I log in and click edit, theres nothing about editing the messages I left. Help!!
Can you transfer the following memorial to me? This is my grandfather:
