I was adopted and since I have found my biological family, I have been researching my history for over 25 years. I have learned many things about family and traditions that my family has past on through the generations.|
I am always stopping at cemetaries. Seems I do that more than yard sales.
Always willing to share what information that I have.
Happy hunting to all.

Would it be possible for you to link the husband of Lovina Camerer (Levi # # 44688711) to Lovina (# 44688764), and then also Lovina to Levi? Also, Joseph Houston is the father of Levi & Joseph's # is # 44687801, and the mother of Levi is Delilah # 38364065. You are not the one who manages Delilah's Memorial, but I believe that she will be linked to her husband Joseph if you add her # to his Memorial.
This is my immediate direct line, & I am sure of this info. Thanks in advance!
J. J. Houston

Hi Lizbeth ... My great grandmother was Catherine Kuefner (1849-1915) whose parents were George A. Kuefner and Elisabeth Sipp. Catherine married (John) Henry Stein. Their first child: William John Henry Stein was my Mother's father.
I've just been gained some family information on the Sipp background, and would like to have anything regarding the parents of George A. Kuefner.
I will be happy to share what I have on my maternal family branch.

Thanks for the transfers. I put all of the pictures that we took that day (June 1993)on the cemetery site. At the time we were looking for Patricks and Wheelers. Plus the cemetery was so grown up in weeds and trees, we had a hard time finding any graves. So glad your relatives cleaned it up.
Keep in touch and thanks again.....Bob Trimble

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a headstone there. I photographed all of the headstones in Philips Cemetery last Memorial Day. I had three photographs of headstones that were nearly unreadable so that I could not match them to anything in Find A Grave or create new memorials. Just in case, I checked them again but no match there.
Also, this cemetery is at the end of a tank gunnery range. Sadly, if my memory serves me correctly, in this cemetery there was evidence of damage from gunnery to one or two monuments that rendered them beyond all hope. This may have been the case for Alice.
So, it is unlikely that there is a monument there. (There could be, I have missed them before.) Unfortunately, Fort Knox only opens its cemeteries to visitors on Memorial Day so it is difficult to do a quick double check.

|Mary Echols||RE: William Lewis Standiford|
William Lewis Standiford was married to Martha Elizabeth Echols. They had a son named Edward J. Standiford (1896-1970). He is a distant cousin to my husband. Is your father a Standiford?

Would be glad to transfer his memorial page to you, if that's okay.
Found a little more info at ancestry.com.
