|I became interested in genealogy early in 2010 when I discovered FAG photos of my family, some of which I never knew existed. This started me on the journey of learning about my roots, which has been great fun. |
My family thinks I am nuts because I love to wander old cemeteries and because I tell them all the things I learn, but I don't care because I am having so much fun!!
I became a FAG volunteer because I want to help other researchers while enjoying my hobby. For me it is not about how many memorials I can create, it is about helping other researchers find their family connections.
Research interests are Jay, Harcrow, Wood, Breedlove, Hines and Middlebrook.

|Tanya Polston Rivenburg||Elijah Washington Polston Jr.|
Hello. My name is Tanya Polston Rivenburg. The youngest daughter of Mr. E.W. Polston. I just wanted to send you a note to let you know that I truly appreciate all your efforts. This job must be exhausting with few rewards. If you would, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, so I can help you with some corrections concerning my father's information. Again, thank you for all you do, and together, we can get the facts out there... GOD bless...

He kinda doesn't have a choice because you cannot prevent access to a grave in Texas. But it is refreshing not having to fight him. Seems like a great person.

Good deal! I'll take good care of them. And soon I'll be working on my grandfather's mother's side, so I'm sure I will be reaching out once I get to your branches.
He asked me to tell you "Hello".
And you know, it's funny how you remember things. I was not on the trip when he brought the tombstones up there. I think he told me he stories so many times that I manufactured the memory. I have been up there several times with him.
You can no longer access the graves from Indian Hills road as there is now a 10 foot fence around the 6 square mile ranch. However, the ranch owner is amazing and will grant access via the main entrance of the ranch and will even have a ranch hand take you to the site on a Multiperson ORV (Jurassic park style).

You want me to upload another? I see correct one and a sideways one added by you.
Also, for some reason Baylor is showing as his brother and his son. And he is showing as his own brother.

Since there are no dates on this memorial, is the marker next to Jiro Nago? Trying to find his wife Kamato Nago?
My response: The contribution is for Jiro Nagao. I likely entered it twice as it was being developed. I have removed it. Were there a marker for Kamato, at the time of the contribution, it would have been entered as I covered the entire section 5 years ago.
Thanks for catching the wrong birth year. I have corrected the mistake. Thanks for all your dedication and work on FG.

Yes thank you very much, have a great day!
Thanks Carla for the parents links. As you see from my "^" I had researched them without any luck. Thanks for all your work on FG. Sharon
