I've been doing geneaolgy for over 25 years and enjoy going to cemeteries and take pictures of graves. I love to put flowers on memorials.
And I like to travel to meet Alequin's, Journet and visit cemeteries.
And please get grave located. And I will be happy to take a photo of the grave for you.

If you do not have an E-Mail or "Leave Message" Please do not send me Corrections for me to do.
Because if I need to ask a question I can not.
Thank you

Mary -

Thank you so much, you already did create a Find A Grave page for Mom (search Find a Grave at the page number you see in my earlier message) ... And then you already transferred that page to me.

If you want to visit Mom's gravesite, and bring her a little flower, please be my guest ... Her babies John and Ella are buried at Holy Cross in the baby section, and Mom's brother John Anthony Boylan, United States Marine Corps Sergeant, is buried at Holy Cross too (tragically died at 33 years old in 1951 of Hodgkins). Mom's site is near the very top of the big hill, and her brother is somewhere lower on the hill.

I think Mom's headstone is finally there - yes you may take a photo of it if you have time. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the page you created, with the beautiful pink rose and red flowers (how did you know those combined are Mom's favorite colors?!) and then transferred to me, for my mother Jo Boylan McCarthy. I don't know if you live in West Los Angeles near Holy Cross Cemetery... I spent the early years of my childhood growing up just a few blocks away from there. Mom was still sharp when she died at 90 and 8 months, of pancreatic cancer, still fighting during a year of chemo to make it to 99 or 100...She died in Arizona, but we brought her back to West LA, where she had moved at age 17, and met and married my father and had all 8 of her babies, including her 2nd and 3rd John and Ella, six month preemies who took their first breaths and held Mom's hand, but they couldn't be saved in the 1950s, and were buried at Holy Cross too......and now 62-63 years later, they are again with their beautiful Mommy. Mom returned that little boy and girl to God, and then she had me!, and rejoiced as she thought she was destined to only have one, my oldest brother who was already 5.5. Four more babies, the 7th a Down's boy, and the 8th a deaf girl. Mom made it all so much fun, the more the merrier, adapting along the way to whatever came along. Thank you Mommy!!! for a wonderful, amazing, blessed life that you magically created for everyone around you, including dozens and dozens of friends who loved and admired you.

I can't answer for the cemetery you called, as I now live in Montana. There is a headstone there that was supplied by the veterans administration.

Indeed the marker is in Evergreen. I did not record the location with particularity. If you're going to visit I would start in the GAR section by the flag-pole.

You are most welcome for the photo. It's always a pleasure to get to Forest Lawn and fulfill the requests.
