I am a 102-year-old Texas native living in Middleton, WI. One of my passions is family history. I am descended from Dr. Samuel Burling DICKINSON and his wife, Caroline Elizabeth KINNISON through their son, the Rev. Samuel Abel DICKINSON and his wife, Laura Ann FINLEY who were my maternal grandparents. So, SBD and CEK were a set of my great grandparents. I am a member of the General Society of Maylower Descendants through Dr. Dickinson and his (and my) direct ancestors, John Howland, Elizabeth Tilley, and Elizabeth's parents who were all passengers on board the Mayflower on her maiden voyage across the Atlantic to America in 1620.

Surnames of special interest to me include DICKINSON, KINNISON, FLENNIKEN, FLENIKEN, FINLEY, BUCKELEW/BUCKALEW, MARSHALL, THOMAS, LISTER, GREEN, JOHNSON, POWER, DARDEN, SIMPSON, STEPHENSON, MOORE and others.
