I started in genealogy in 1971 in order to find my great-granddad in the Old Country. Finally found him in 2004. (Personally, I think he invented the Witness Protection Program) I enjoy trying to help other people in finding out about their people - couldn't have come as far as I have without other people's help.

It wasn't until a week ago (September 20, 2010) when my Daddy died that the reality of someone taking the time to input the obit that things came full circle and it made me realize that maybe I could help someone else in their quest for an ancestor.
