Avoid (TM) Total Mediocrity !|
It is my humble opinion that when you create a FAG Memorial, you are creating a lasting tribute. Create the memorial you would like created for yourself… don’t settle for mediocrity. Take your time and last but not least; leave a free virtual flower… it’s only a few more clicks on the keyboard and cost you nothing.
FYI: an honorably discharged Veteran may be entitled to a bronze/granite marker and/or other burial benefits. To learn more go to https://www.ebenefits.va.gov and search Burial Benefits.
I'm looking for information on Albert/Alberto Rivera… Albert Rivera was murdered in his late teens around 1982 in the City of Lebanon, Pennsylvania. I believe his body was found dead in the early morning hours on Tenth or Eleventh St, South of Cumberland Street. I don't believe the murder was ever solved; or any real effort to solve it. I welcome any information contributors can offer. If you have information or know of any information concerning death/grave of Alberto Rivera, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions, help or information of any kind. At this point anything would be a great help.
While some people may find walking through a cemetery looking at markers of people they don't even know a bit strange, I find it quite interesting.
I find the history, tranquility, unique markers, features and structures not just interesting, but relaxing. Retrieving information and taking pictures for others along the way makes it rewarding as well.
TRANSFERS... If you have some connection to a memorial I created don't hesitate to ask for a transfer. Of course if there is a connection you will have already graciously placed a virtual flower at no cost on their memorial. Unless they are related to me, or I see you haven't taken the time or interest to place a flower, I will probably make the transfer. Not a number chaser here, not keeping score so make the request.
Be sure to use the "Edit, Suggest A Correction" feature if you find a memorial I manage with an error. Most of the memorials I've added are found by walking cemeteries, so transfers are no problem. Be sure to use the Suggest A Correction feature so that I can be sure to work with the correct memorial entry.
Chances are that I won't write back to your request unless I have some question about the information you've sent me. Otherwise, I'll update the memorials as quickly as I can.
Corrections to memorials will be honored when politely sent through the "Edit" tab on each memorial.
REMEMBER... "It's only a mistake if you fail to correct it."
NOTE: - GUIDELINES... definition of...
A guideline is a statement by which to determine a course of action. By definition, following a guideline is never mandatory. Guidelines are NOT binding.
Last but certainly not least… Please feel free to visit the memorials for my dear parents and brother whether you knew them or not... I encourage you to help me keep them alive in memory by placing a virtual flower on their memorial.
My Father; Richard G. Stephens,
My Mother; Mary Ann (Dorbert) Stephens and My brother; Tony Stephens

|Sean Potochney||Request to transfer some memorials|
Could you please transfer memorials for these ancestors of mine that are buried in St. Mary's Orthodox Cemetery in Centralia, PA ?
John Potochney(1872-1914) & wife Mary(1878-1929)
Nicholas Krynitsky (1886-1933) & wife Mary (1895-1990)
The above two couples are my great grandparents. I would like to add additional information and make some corrections. (In particular, I have a written transcription of Nikolay Krynitsky's original 1933 tombstone that was written in Ukrainian. The present tombstone was put their soon after my great grandmother died in 1990.)
Thank you for photographing their tombstones - I will keep your photographs with your name credited to them.

Your welcome, anytime.
|Stanley Tykarski||RE: photo request for Priscilla Johnson|
You're very welcome. Although the grave is unmarked, I took great care in making sure that the location pointed out in the photo is very accurate. It helped that there were marked graves nearby. Glad I could help.

Obituary has been added along with parent links. Thanks for giving me a heads up on Mary Ann!
Take care, Pat
