Because the new site makes it difficult for me to see messages on this page, do not expect a response to a message you leave here. I will not be reading it.
I am working on finding the graves of the descendants of Anthony Yerkes which are listed in the "Chronicles of the Yerkes Family With Notes On The Leech And Rutter Families" by Josiah Granville Leach published in 1904, and on finding the graves of those people mentioned in "Sketches of William Hicks, Abner Hicks, Jasper Hicks, George Harris, James Crews, John Earl and something of their Descendants With Comparisons of Present Conditions of Living With Those of Sixty Years Ago" by Titus Thurston Hicks, printed in 1926 and reprinted in 1954. I have virtual cemeteries for those that I have found.
Posting photos on FindAGrave does not automatically put them in the public domain. Please ask if you want to use any photos of mine and tell me what you want them for. My email is rafbeas at aol.
Use the Edit tab on the memorial to request transfers. NO other way of making a transfer request will be considered. Transfers outside Find A Grave guidelines will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please tell me your specific relationship to the deceased and explain what you have to contribute to the memorial that I can't add. I am glad to add any links (except to memorials with no burial location) or bio information that you send. Do not add obituaries as a flower.
I do not add links to memorials where the final disposition has not been determined. Please do not send birth or death places unless you have specific information about the birth or death place. Do not guess. Except for young children, I do not figure date of birth from age at death.

Could you please provide your basis for thinking his middle name was Sneed? Thanks.

|Tammy Burnett||RE: Anna Moore|
Can I please have you transfer her memorial to me. I then can do changes. Thank you
|lisa skeens||Agnes Marie Alvey|
Dates are incorrect
She was the daughter of John H. and Agnes Drury.
9/19/1887 - 11/21/1889

Please look again. I filled your request from what was on my file and went today and took another that does have her date added. Sorry about that Randal

I have a copy of an article that was written by Glen Conway in 2012 (now deceased) about the history of Conway Cemetery. Is this something that could be included in the findagrave site? Also, the cemetery is behind businesses/buildings that are painted red. *We are descendants of M.T. and L.A. Doyle.

Thank you RosalieAnn!
|David Roberts||Duplicate Memorials|
I was copying from a list for St. John's done by my Seminar kids at Chopticon. Obviously, there was a mistake on the list. Estelle Greenwell Norris is at St. Joseph's per Tice. I'll remove mine ... not a "duplicate" but an error. No sense confusing the issue.
|Judy Kenaston Warren||Dr. Thomas Gerrard article|
Are you the author of the wonderful biography on Dr. Gerrard on Find A Grave? I was a little confused as to who the author is, and would like permission to use it as long as I give proper credit to the author? It is full of great information. I am the 8th generation descendant of Rose Allerton Tucker, the 2nd wife of Dr. Gerrard. By the way, I live in Maryland about two hours from St. Mary's County where he and his first wife are buried.
I am also greatful to the person who posted the information here about my Rose Allerton NOT being the daughter of Isaac Allerton of the Mayflower. Thank you all!
Gratefully, Judy Kenaston Warren firstname.lastname@example.org
|Paul Gilbert||RE: James Hoskin|
Hi - no I dont, but I find it much easier when looking for graves to know, within a year, what their birth year was and (perhaps incorrectly) assume others think the same way.
