|I have a strong interest in family research/genealogy. I enjoy walking through cemeteries and am happy to help others document a part of their ancestry. Thanks goes to my husband, who takes some photos and drives me to the locations.|
You are all very welcome. I thank you all for your notes of appreciation. It helps when one is tramping around looking for stones in the West Texas wind and sun. :)

I would very much appreciate your permission to use your photo of the following grave marker in my not-for-profit family genealogy book:
Charles Homer O'Brien, Carbon, Eastland County
Thank you for your consideration of this request, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for the reply,
I upload the photos to both the sites at the same time.
So important to archive these precious records, at the same time of helping researchers find their ancestors.

I cannot thank you enough for the MANY headstone photos for the Martin family you added from Long Branch Cemetery. Your time and efforts are very much appreciated....
Hi: Jan, I received this message on Reported by: Jan Hobbs on Oct 13, 2013. General problem:I searched the stated plot or section and could not find the grave Details: We walked the entire B-5 section that Mr. Thornton was supposedly buried in and could find no evidence of a headstone for him. Sorry.
Mr. Thornton, I wasn't looking for. I was looking for Bernice Combs, & her daughter Alisa Ann Combs. If you could get in touch with me. I can tell you where they are located at. Thank you very much for your time and effort in this matter!!!

Thank you for the correction. I have removed her in-laws as parents, but I have not been able to locate her parents' memorials. Can you provide any information on them? You indicated a relationship to - Ruth, would you like a transfer? joe
