|Momma Sles||Herron Family|
Hello, I wash visiting a shop in Benton La and found several photos of what may be the same man. On one photo it lists either Farmer/Turner Herron. I am trying to find out who this is and wonder if you may have any ideas. All appear to be late 1800's. Thanks Natalie
|Cat Patrick||William Dauley (W. D.) Bricker - Logansport City Cemetery|
I noticed that the wife of W. D. Bricker is listed as Mary Ella "Bratton" Bricker. I am not sure of the protocol for having something corrected.
William Dauley Bricker was married twice - his first wife's initials were S. M. (haven't found her full name yet but she was the mother of his children) and his second wife was Mary Ella Stephens Bricker (not Bratton). If you need documentation of this I will be more than happy to provide it.
I can't find where Mary Ella Stephens was ever a Bratton, though a Mary Bratton did marry a Jim E. Bricker in 1906 in Caddo Parish.
|Nellie Ainsworth||George Washington Martin|
Do you know where George Washington Martin buried? His wife Elizabeth Effie Whitworth Martin is buried? Thank you.
|Bill T. Whitis||Unknown Confederate Soldiers|
Documentation of the event has been passed down through property owners.
|Derrel Lyon||11th Texas Infantry|
I have a few more grave memorials to add to your listing of 11th Texas Infantry C.S.A. veterans.
These were all in Company E and were from Panola County.First two were brothers and buried at Woodside Cemetery, Grand Saline Van Zandt Co.
Isaac Morris & Elisha Morris
Their father John Morris also served in Company E
enlisted at the age of 45, eventually discharged because of his age. He is buried in an unmarked grave in the old Bethel Cemetery in Panola County. This Cemetery straddles the property line of John Morris and his father-in-law Rev. Isaac Reed.

For what it's worth, I went to the church office this morning to get plot location & any other info on this grave. His name is recorded as Seville Landry. He died/buried 26 June 1911 at 91 yrs. Section A, row 11, lot 20. No others recorded as being buried in there with him. Gustave Landry is the vault owners name & was purchased June 26, 1911. Debbie

Thanks for the 'heads-up' about the duplicate Findagrave entry of Harrison T. Rooks. I have removed the duplicate. P. S. Your entry was much more informative than mine anyway!..Lest We Forget....
|Sue Johnson||William Herndon|
Find A Grave Memorial# 153125770
I have no connection to Mr. Herndon and his family and do not know where they might have been buried previously. I entered this information from a transcription of this cemetery done in the late 1990s. I wondered at that time about the dates, knowing that they predate the organization of this cemetery. Sorry I can't be of any help to you.
|Jill Simpson||contribution of yours|
I'm trying to do some family research and find you the contributor for WL Ferguson at findagrave. Vivian LA cemetery. I believe this man to be my great grandfather. However the William Lloyd (a calculated relationship) doesn't match any other information I have.
Wondering what you know about that if anything. Thanks for any help. I get stumped on my searches for sure.

How did you get pics of where my Grandma Fletcher is buried and did you get the Families OK do add them?
