Question About John Mason Find A Grave Memorial# 23360690
Hi Joanne,
I noticed that the entry for John Mason (1762-1828)in the Find A Grave Memorial# 23360690, indicates he had two spouses: Sarah Truax Brower (1749-1818) and Mary Brower Mason (1775-1849).

I am confused by this since my records indicate John Mason (1762-1828)as having only one spouse named Mary Brower Mason (1775-1849). In addition my records indicate Mary Brower Mason (1775-1849) was the daughter of Sarah Truax Brower (1749-1818) and Abraham Brower (1752-1824).

I would appreciate it if you could clarify this for me.

Thank you,

C. Mason

William Henry Truax
In further research of William and Rebecca , they did have a son William Jr. Died at age 6.
William Henry's father is Isaac Truax and his mother is Sarah Seeley. William and Rebecca did have 10 children. A large amount of them died in infancy or early in childhood. There is another William Henry Truax son of Simon and Emma Walling Truax in Cedarwood Cemetery in Keyport/Hazlet NJ.

There is also a Henry Truax 1869-1904 with John W Truax . So more research is needed.

Eastmond Burying Ground
I see that you are a direct descendant of someone buried here. I lived on York Avenue for most of my life and always had a curiosity about that cemetery. One of my friends is a direct descandent of the Eastmond's and is now trying to find information about those buried in the cemetery. Can you tell me where you found the burial information -- town records or actual newspaper articles? I'd like to check it out for him. Thanks.

Mr LeGore
Connors family
Hi Joanne,
It seems that your husband and I are distant cousins. His father is Neville Joseph Connors, correct? Neville's aunt Lavenia is my great great grandmother. Small world. I have a picture of Neville's father, Daniel with Lavenia as well as many other pictures of the rest of the family if he is interested. My email address is mrlegore@hotmail.com.

Hi Joanne,
This is a huge cemetery with several mausoleums, many flat stone sections and columbariums. If you call and get a section and plot, I will gladly look for you.
