I'm not exactly sure which photos I sent several years ago. I'm going though photos and I think I've sent them but not sure. Do you recall?

Looks to be according to cemetery records. I will look for the memorial next time I visit.

I transferred your Mother to You---my deepest sympathy to you. My Mother is also buried in Oakwood, I visit her grave often. Marion
|Brenda Daniel||Karna Johnson Ahlm|
I noticed that Karna's name is missing the r in the wonderful write-up you have on the site. Her husband is buried in the Palisade, Nebraska Cemetery and I have an obit for him.
|Doug Jones||John Jones and Barney Davis|
May I suggest you move the memorials for John Jones and Barney Davis from this cemetery to the Osburn, Walter Raliegh Cemetery, where they actually are, and where we together visited their graves. This Osburn cemetery is about 5 miles further down the road.
Son Tom and I were there this last
Father's Day --- the site is totally overgrown; I couldn't even make it up there, but Tom did, and videoed his trek up there and retook some of the pix. I didn't tell him about Barney's marker, so he didn't look for it. But since it's only a flat stone it was probably covered completely. Lucinda's also buried there, but no marker.
We also went to find Lucinda's Parent's graves. Sad situation; evidently the Power company deemed the gravesite unnecessary, and bulldozed it, piling the markers all together, breaking in half Lucinda's mother's marker --- and her father's marker is not to be found anywhere -- I have a pic of it, and it was a nice Marker, read "Alexander Murphy, Co. K, 45th KY Inf. -- nowhere in sight.
I've lost your email address since you moved -- email me so we can be connected again.

|Carmen Maynard||Hi Mr. Jones|
I saw that you took a picture of a grave on Osborne Cemetery in East Lynn, WV,
If you go there again would you take a Picture for me too??
I'm trying to find someone who could to me this huge favor.
I like a picture of
James Delmar Maynard (Father-In-Law)
and my husband
Since I now live in Germany it is more than hard for me to see their graves :-(
Thank you... and God bless....
PS: for spelling arrows I apologize ;-)
|Cherie Atkinson Clark||Raleigh Memorial Cemetery|
I saw the note you left on a couple requests from Raleigh Memorial Cemetery. I wonder when they started that policy. I have taken three request photos there in the past and never had a problem. That was over a year ago, though, so maybe things have changed. When I went there, I just asked for help locating the grave and never mentioned taking photos. They were extremely helpful to me then :(
