|I am a direct descendant of Major Jacob Wolf of Norfork, AR. Our family organization meets annually in June in Norfork for the purpose of preserving the family history database and mantaining the Old Wolf Cemetery. I have just started linking FindAGrave memorials so they will reflect descent from Major Wolf. I am very grateful for volunteers, as well as other family members, who have already created many fantastic memorials to our family members, and do appreciate transfer of ownership, when requested, so that family relationships and biographical information can be added.|

|Barbara Anne Dailey Sealey||John Matthew Casey|
I just read your obituary or profile on John Matthew Casey, & was totally fascinated about how wonderful he was! I am taking a shot in the dark about what I want to ask you. My GrandMother Nettie Edmonson-Cole-Boone. About a year ago I had the nicest lady in Arkansas helping me to find out more about her. She was born in May, 1880 in Stonefort, Illinois. Did find record of her birth. She got married in Sept 1899 in Mountain Home, Arkansas to Alford B. Cole. On the marriage record her name is listed as Nettie Casey. There is no 1890 census so, I cannot find anything on her for about 20 years. I know her Mother Francis Vaughn-Edmondson-Deaton remarried in 1881 & had a son in 1882 & one in 1883, & I believe she died in 1984, have found a probate will. I have heard from an Aunt that she did not like the new step-father, & went to live with her GrandMother, & some with an Aunt supposedly. I am wondering if John Casey & wife took her in to raise somehow. Would you have any idea or any suggestions if I could possibly find out about this. I have looked him up on the census years but, it just won't work finding her name because of no 1890 census. It still seems so odd that her name on her marriage certificate is Casey & not Edmondson. Thank you in advance for any help you might have.

Thanks for all these wonderful memorials Dorothy. I have pictures of many people you might wish to have (if you don't already) like John Wesley McCarty's daughter Mary Elizabeth McCarty, etc. etc... if you've been looking for any of that side of the family's pictures, let me know, I have a few. didn't know if you already had them or not. I was thinking of making a memorial for my great grandmother ollie turner (daughter of Mary elizabeth mccarty) but you probably know more about her than I do.
Dororthy, please transfer # 49636295 to me. Thank you, Lindsay

Hi Dorothy, I was perusing through some of my on-line memorials here to make some updates and noted that you maintain a memorial for your Aron Carlton in Klondike Cemetery in Garvin County, OK. How exciting to see the history of the Carlton family to include all 21 children that he had with his two wives! Their daughter, Mary Elizabeth Carlton was my GG-Grandmother, marrying Robert M. Hawkins, their daughter Susie Modena was my Great-Grandmother. Mary and Robert are buried in Lawton. I loved seeing the images that you have posted on Aron and one of his wives and children. Are you a direct descendant of this family? Would love to connect with you! Helen Pickens Murphy, Nashville, Tennessee
Will get the transfer done as soon as possible - it is butchering time here
