|If you want me to add information on someone I have posted, let me know. I enter obituaries and photos from where every i find them, hoping that one day they may help someone in their geneology search. If I have made a mistake or something needs correcting please let me know. If you want an internment removed, I'll do that also. I try to add every thing in the correct way but I'm sure sometimes I make a mistake. If you E-Mail me make sure you put FindAGrave in the subject line or it might get deleted. Hopefully one day a family member will see a loved one I entered listed here on Find A Grave. E-mail me and let me know if you do.|
To avoid duplications, send me info to add or ask for me to delete mine.

This Angel is very silent. She never responded to my requests to correct mistakes or a request to transfer a memorial of my family. Finally Find A Grave made the transfer that I asked for. Find A Grave is very slow in doing anything but after a long wait they made the transfer to me. Silent Angel is either no longer active on Find A Grave or she is deceased. Other Find A Grave members have had the same problem.

You have her in the wrong cemetery
The correct cemetery is:
Fairview Methodist Church Cemetery
Good Hope Township

Is it possible Ronald K Martin isn't dead yet? His headstone may just be waiting for him as it has no death date for him or his wife. They were both born in the late 1930;s and may in fact still be living. He is not a direct relative of mine but is s descendant of one.

Wondering if you'd be so kind as to transfer my 2nd great uncle's memorial to me:
Charles McLean (#41252046).
Thanks so much!

You are showing his death year of 1980 but it should show 1930. I also have a photograph of his headstone which clearly shows 1930 - without the shadow of the flag.
He was born Dec 1844 in PA to George J. and Charlotte Hinton who are buried in same cemetery.
I am not directly related to Jacob - his sister married into one of my lines.
Thanks for your time and effort for these folks.

I am researching other men in Co H 126th Ohio Infantry. You have a picture of his headstone/Civil war memorial stone that shows Co H 126, but in the bio you have Co H 128. Ohio death certificate states he was born Oct 15, 1840 Ross Co., Ohio died 4-22-1912 Columbus, Ohio and buried Circleville, Ohio per familysearch.org
This is my relative and I have asked you to transfer to me or better still delete it. I have asked since 2014 and you will not reply. I will now go to Find A Grave and have them get involved.

Are you still active on this site? I have received e-mails from other members saying they have not been replied to. If you are still active, please respond. If there is no response within 7 days I will ask Find A Grave to transfer my family memorials from you to me.

Jacob H. Hinton, #42413359, died 1930 - not 1980. I took a photo of his headstone which clearly shows 1844-1930 and military. I can post if you want since your photo has the shadow of flag over his death year.
Just thought you would like to correct death year.
Thank you for your attention.
|rose4666||Glad A Willis|
I was told by Aunt Dorothy the Glad's name was Gladson he was named after his mother's brother Gladson LATTA Goldsberry. The name Gladson is an actual derivative of Gladstone. The mother of Gladson Allen Willis; Sarah Catherine Goldsberry's mother was Milla Colston. Her father was Henry Colston who was born in Dorchester county Maryland. His father's name was Gladstone Colston who was also born in Dorchester County and died and is buried there. Gladstone's wife Mary Polly Voss Colston Came to Pickaway county (as recorded in the Franklin and Pickaway county History book)Ohio in about the November 1804 with the last name of Brannock and married George Ater Sr. in Mar 1805 in Ross County. Mary Ater died in 1850 leaving a will in Ross county number 60.
I know you don't need all of this information but I am the family genealogist and I have know all of the family history in Ohio and have been to the family home in Dorchester county Maryland. It was built around 1750. I thought you might want to put on Glad's page how he came to get that name.
