Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in east Texas and although I have two very young children, I try to do as much genealogy as time allows. I really appreciate all the photos and memorials put up on here.

I am researching/related to family names: CHRISTENSEN, SEGO, HELPHENSTINE, ROMERO, SHEPPARD, SWOPE, ODOM, WILLIS, PRECISE, SANDERS, SMITH, MESSER, TRAVIS, DODSON, DOLBERRY, JACKS.

My husband's line, whom I'm also researching (and now happily related to): NUGENT, RAMEY, MATTIS, ROUST/CAMPBELL, SCALES, SWIFT, FORBUS, KELLUM, KULINSKI, BAK, WIEWIORA, KUBINIEC, NELSON, FINDLAY, BUCK, BACON.

RE: Margrette Adline King
Hello Amy, Thank you for sending me a message. I'm always happy to collaborate with relatives when it comes to researching our family tree. Also, I have noticed your name appearing as a source contributor on familysearch for many of our family members. I think that's awesome. I'm all about sourcing as well. I'm descended through Sam Dodson, who was Jaley's older brother. He was my 2nd great grandfather and settled in Arkansas from Paint Rock, Alabama in the late 19th century. I would love to share what I know and learn more about this line. If you'd like, I could send you an email.

RE: Charles Kirby headstone problem
Your welcome. He may have had one at one time but it appears some of the stones were shattered. Some have said it had been vandalized but I think TVA did it. If you will notice in a couple of the cemetery photos you can see it is directly under a main power line grid. TVA uses heavy equipment to mow under these lines and the bad thing is they only do it every 3 to 5 years. By that time it is
so overgrown they can't see what's underneath. But it's a shame no one takes care of it anymore. God Bless

RE: Leon Oscar Willman
Good news!!!

I found through the U.S. Social Security Applications and Claims Index that Leon's parent's were in fact Ursula M Williams and William O Willman. I went ahead and connected Leon to his father's memorial. Do you know if Ursula has a memorial? If so, I'd like to connect him to her's as well.

Regards, mshunter

RE: Leon Oscar Willman
Hi Amy,
Sorry I don't have any documentation as to who Leon's parents were. His wife was a "Reed" who's line I have traced back to the 1400's. If you have information as to who William Oscar Willman's parents may have been, his place of birth/death and/or where he is buried, I would be more than willing to help you do some research.
Regards, mshunter

This is just a note to let you know I went to Green Haven today and there is no one on the marker with Wenford. I also added new photo's for all. Also when I created Robert Travis I put his middle name as Harold when it should be Howard. If and when they add Wilma's death date, I will post a new photo. (Bobby)

The memorial has been transferred to you again, at your request. My name will always appear on the memorial since I created it. You cannot change this. It will show, however, that you are maintaining it. Thus, you can edit any/all information on the memorial, but you can not eliminate my name from it.
