Bio

Now living in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

A native of Baltimore, Maryland I moved to Loudoun County, Northern Virginia in 2002. Over the past few years, I have become interested in researching our family history. I also began an annual family reunion back in 2000 which is still going strong today. Although, it has gone from an annual tradition to an every 5 year tradition.

I am in the process of researching my family history. My mother's parents are Carrie L. (Willett) Sebra born in Alexandria, VA and her husband Lewellyn Sebra originally from Virginia. It is believed that Carrie's father, John Willett changed his name to John Willard.

Also, according to official documentation, my grandfather Lewellyn is the son of Alice Hatfield, my great-grandmother. I am excited to try and track down the Hatfield history as it relates to us.

My adopted father's mother is Irene Nelson originally from East Lyme, New London, Connecticut. Researching her family ancestors has also proved difficult. My father's father is Christopher Sallias of Connecticut.

My husband was able to research the LOUGH ancestry back to Germany in the 1700's while I am stumbling on the 1900's for my family.

Go to http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~hcpd/norman/LOUGH to get the entire LOUGH family lineage.
