I live in North Mississippi, but grew up and went to school in Memphis. I'm currently doing research on 3 family trees.....my mother's side, The Bookers and my father's side, The Lees, and my late husband's, The Johnson's. It's very interesting. The cemeteries can give us much important information. All of my Mother's family is from down in Tippah County, MS. Mostly Ripley and Oxford. In my research I found that William Faulkner is a 1st cousin 1x removed. My Daddy's family is The Lee's. Found that Gen. Robt.E.Lee is my 3rd cousin 4x removed. Also Richard Henry Lee and Francis Lighfoot Lee, brothers, who both signed the Declaration of Independence are also my cousins. As is their father Thomas Lee, who was the first Govenor of Virginia.|
I'm a ballroom dancer and I love music, art, the computer and photographing cemeteries.
I'm not a professional photographer - my photographs are NOT copywritten or signed. I do not have a photography business that I'm trying to advertise on FAG. You have my permission to use any photographs that I've taken for your ancestors. I thought that was what we do this for....for YOU!

That is great. So glad you know exactly where they lie now and it is such a beautiful place to be at rest. Yes mam I will transfer them over to you. Have a blessed day.

I thought this may be your Jewel Crawford from your memorial. You list burial as unknown and I have been working in the Old Town Cemetery and I found a Jewel Crawford. Here is the memorial. 178326867. Is this the same?

|G Bush||Johnson Family|
Do you have any information on Durell Johnson, Memphis, TN. Was married to Geraldine Juanita Ingram. My grandfather married Geraldine's mother Addie Ingram. I cannot find Durell Johnson's family.

I have Anton S. Mundy Jr.'s dog tag. I don't know if this is something of interest to you.
|Mavis Clemmer||Anderson Street|
I saw on your memorial that you thanked him for his service,. I have a copy of his oath of Allegiance that he signed after the
CSA war. But I can't find out anything else about his service. Do you know anything about that? Please let me know if you do. I am Mavis Street Clemmer and he is my 3rd great grandfather.
|Mavis Clemmer||Anderson Street|
I saw on Anderson Streets Memorial that you had posted that he was your 3rd grand uncle. I am Mavis Street Clemmer and Anderson is my 3rd great grandfather. And i am interested in knowing if you know anything about his service in the CSA. I have his oath of allegiance but I can't find out anything more about him.
|RCAkin148||RE: Martha Lee Meyer (Staggers)|
Of course I remember you.
Send me a request for transfer, will ya and I will transfer her to you.
I can go back and see if there was a husband. Do you have his name?
|RCAkin148||Martha Lee Meyer (Staggers)|
I also found this gravestone in the Staggers area of Croft Acton. I am guessing her maiden name is Staggers and married name is Meyer.
Dates on the stone were:
b.Jan 12, 1924
d.Mar 6, 2007
Married: Dec 27, 1963
I am not sure her husband was there or not to be honest. I was just taking additional pictures of "Staggers", so when I got home, if one was not shown, then I would have it.
If this is your relative, just send me a request for transfer, okay.
|RCAkin148||James L. Staggers|
Got you your grave photo today for Croft Cemetery. Please note the birth date of May 3, 1861, not May 3, 1867.
Have a nice day.

Just seen where you were the one that posted the info in regards to my Great Aunt May. She was my grandmother's sister. Not sure if you knew any of her other siblings or if you had been maybe looking for someone in particular
