Do you want ownership?
sounds like this stone would be better off taken care of by someone that is more versed in local history than me.

Robert Barlow 147148724
Thank you so much for your contributions to Find A Grave Jeannie.
I added two photos to your page for my great-great uncle, Robert Barlow #147148724 and his second wife, Clarissa Lavina Packard Barlow.
I see that his burial place is "unknown." I have the Application for Headstone" from the War Department and the cemetery is listed as La Harpe Cemetery, La Harpe, Illinois. I checked that cemetery's Find A Grave page, but neither he nor Clara are listed. Their daughter Clara Gertrude Barlow Law and her husband are listed. I'd be happy to contact the cemetery and ask if they have a record of Robert, if you haven't already tried.
I also see that you have "not proven" by the names of his parents, Samuel and Ellen Wrigley Barlow. I've seen the Civil War photo my grandmother had of "Uncle Robert" all my life. I can provide his christening record with parents named; he is named as son of Samuel and Ellen Barlow in 1841 Census; his parents, wives and descendants are recorded in a family record kept by his niece, the daughter of his brother Samuel. This "Samuel of California" is listed as one of two surviving brothers in Robert's Obituary. Samuel was my great-grandfather. He was widowed, living in Pomona, California with my grandmother and her sister at the time of Robert's death.
I can email copies if you you.
Thank you again for your contribution.

RE: Alexander Holt
I have no genealogical information about memorials I've listed. I rejected the suggestion because Elizabeth's memorial number was entered in the "Father" relationship field for Alexander Holt.

I suppose we should use DE Duper on Jacksonville

findagrave supervisor from edit combines memorials with the same name and dates

Jacksonville cemetery
we haven't finished taking pics in Jacksonville however the very low percentage makes me think there were a lot of people who were buried there without stones.

I really don't know what you technically mean.

I can transfer ownership to you and do what you want to.

I would like to personally thank you for getting the photograph for me. I have numerous ancestors buried in various cemeteries around Jacksonville, IL. I was born in Jacksonville at 139 East Dunlap St., which no longer exists. The house was owned by my late paternal grandfather. I really appreciate your time and effort in getting this photo. That fills in another part of my ancestry tree. Thank you again.

RE: Richard and Mary McGuire
Found Mary's info - died in April 1911. I sent the info to the memorial manager for her to add. Thanks.

RE: Richard and Mary McGuire
I found his pension filing and obit without too much work, (surprisingly!) and it has been added to his memorial. I will look for his wife Mary's info as well. Thanks for the nudge.
