Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born and raised in Fernandina Beach, FL. Growing up my mom was a nurse at our local hospital and my dad was a fireman. That means we knew a lot of local folks.
I enjoy taking pictures and walking around in Bosque Bello Cemetery. I have a lot of family and friends there.
When I walk around a cemetery I don't think about all the people who have died. I think about all the people who once lived. They deserve to be remembered and I try to give them a memorial page for that reason. It's not about trying to post so many graves, it's about trying to help family and friends have a memorial for them and a family link for future generations.

I enjoy Find A Grave website and have really liked helping others get connected to their loved ones.
I am also here to link my family members. My father's side are Fender, Zorn, Taylor and Harden. My mother's side is Deen, Smart and Ivey.
My husband's family are Rembowski, Griesemer, Mercer and Ramsay.

Your tombstone stands among the rest;
neglected and alone.
The name and date are chiselled out
On polished, marbled stone.
It reaches out to all who care
it is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot,
And come to visit you.

Sadie Smith
Hello, MaLisa:
I was more than happy to add the information that you gave me to Sadie's memorial. You can see it now. My son, Ben Cramer, and Sadie dated when they were both in ND right before she passed away.

St. Peter's Cemetery
The grave that I originally thought was your mother was a grave that had a photo of the woman on the grave. Listed on the grave was her daughters and grandchildren. This is a grave only a few years old. I saw you had left memorial flowers on findagrave and I just assumed she was your mother. I miss Fernandina dont you? Not fun to live so far away.

Your Mother
I just realized that the grave that I thought was your mother was another person. This woman who you created the memorial for has a beautiful grave in St. Peters Cemetery and the grave has her picture on it. After reading your bio I realized this was not your mother but still you created a beautiful memorial to her. Julie

St. Peter's Cemetery
Malisa, My parents are buried in St. Peter's Cemetery. I was married in St. Peter's Church. I now live far away.I try to visit my parents graves about twice a year. I visited last week. While walking in the cemetery I noticed the BEAUTIFUL grave for your mother. Oh I loved it. I even went back to the hotel and got my husband so I could show him her grave. My parents are "Miller" They are buried right in front of the Mahoney Angel and have a large cross. Just wanted you to know I visited your mom and then today by accident I found her memorial on findagrave. God Bless. Julie

I used the edit button and got no response so decided to try this way. You are missing her first name as well as death date. Please delete this memorial per Find A Grave rules as a correct memorial has been entered. Thanks Penny

Photo
Thanks for the photo of Alice Claty Joyner Mobley on her memorial 98765594. Her husband Clarence Mobley is my 1st cousin 2 times removed. His mother was Susan Catherine Wells and she was a sister to my great-grandfather Columbus Wells.

For a long time I tried to find Alice's mother Polly Kirkman, and then I was able to connect them.

Hi MaLisa just noticed the pic you identified as Rose Weis Klein. This is actually Rose Weis Houlihan and her brother Leo Weis. They are my grandma's siblings. Please let me know if you need any further details. Thanks
