Bio

I started researching my father/grandfather’s family tree line in the late 1970’s. My grandmother got the genealogy bug and infected me! Soon my grandmother, my mom and I were all working on different lines. I am so glad for that opportunity. I was able to spend time with ancestors that are no longer here, and they shared family information no longer accessible. I know how it feels to scroll through miles of microfilm, and hike across pastures to locate lost cemeteries. The internet is a nice alternative, but just not the same as "being there". I’ve been fighting a brick wall since early in my research, and hope someday to knock that wall done. With technology, and sites like Find A Grave, I know I am closer to locating the missing brick.
