Shelley -- my name is Darla Moore Rogers. James Moore is my 3rd great-grandfather. I see that your maiden or middle name is Newton, and assume you are related through David Newton. I do family history work and am trying to find more info about James and his wife, Nancy Pearce Moore. Do you know where in Ireland James came from, or his parents names, or ? I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you ... Darla

Henrietta Elizabeth Lewis
10 OCT 1845 • , , Kentucky, USA
I can't remember where I got her death date as
3 DEC 1880
Henry Browder and Mary J Duncan.
She must have left Kentucky to live near her daughter, Henrietta.
Thank you for your help and information regarding Z.D. Lewis, Sr. He was known as "Judge" by every one in Denton for so many years. I spent much of my younger years with my great grandparents. Saw many a wedding in the evening and weekends in there home.

Through your efforts I have found my 3rd great grandmother, Mary Jane Browder, in the Parvin Good Hope Cemetary. Thank you, thank you..
I am searching for her daughter's grave. Her name is Henrietta Elizabeth Browder Lewis. She was married to Newton Nepoleon Lewis. She died prior to Newton and he remarried. She maybe in the Good Hope Cemetay or Little Elm Cemetary. I find no record of her anywhere. She may be added to another stone.
Henrietta and Newton were the parents of Z. D. Lewis, Sr. He was Justice of the Peace of Denton County for many years.
He is buried with my great grandmother Rosa Daugherty Lewis in Denton at Roselawn. The have a younge daughter Bertha Mae Lewis buried in Good Hope.
Can you help me? Thank you for your efforts.
Respectfully. Nan Dean Jones

Can't thank you enough for the picture of Lizzie's monument. What a find! I would like your permission to use this picture on our family tree. Her full name was Elizabeth Betts Mudd Ives. It took me looking into marriage records to find she used Lizzie which led me to findagrave and found her!
Your approval would be so appreciated along with full photo credits!
Thanks for all you do on this wonderful site.
She is my 2nd G-Aunt.

I got a request for chapel wood Memorial gardens in Bowie County, Tx. The people at that cemetery have no McWilliams at all. They said to be sure that you didn't meant chapel wood funeral home, because people are not always buried at this cemetery just because they have the funeral there. Hope to hear from you soon on an update!

Not a problem at all. I have deleted the memorial I made for Georgette Yvonne Gutman per your request and you keep the one you made.
