Family researcher addict.|
Love RVing and yorkies.
Thank you to all the fine FAG volunteers who have seen fit to transfer family memorials to me for my care. I do not delete memorials that are transferred to me, I attempt to enhance them so as to honor the ancestor.
Photos in many cases are those in my possession, please contact me before clicking and claiming, I mean, we might be related! Of course, many of the lovely headstone photos are the work of many volunteers here and you need to ask them to use their photos.
I have taken a number of photos in Baldwin County Alabama cemeteries which I have posted here. I grant permission to any family researcher, or any genealogical or historical society/group in Baldwin County Alabama the use any of the BALDWIN COUNTY ALABAMA photos . This waiving of copyright and use is only for BALDWIN COUNTY ALABAMA photos.
You can find a email addy on my blog Reflections From the Fence. Or message me here, I will get notifications, hope to hear from you soon.
Everyone, and I do MEAN EVERYONE, deserves a memorial. Recently I had to delete a memorial on the insistence of a family member. I cried, really, I cried.
I hope I never, ever, have to delete another memorial.

Hi Carol, Well, I will continue to try and locate his resting place.
I do know one thing for sure, his obit mentions that he was a gardener for The City of Spokane.
Wonder if he ever worked in Duncan Gardens, Manito Park, etc.
If I can help you anymore, let me know. Sue
Hi again, I just read you Bio--especially the last paragraph. That is why I won't create one for my parents, it will hurt too much. Sad and it hurts.
Sorry for you. Hope they get over whatever they are going thru. Sue

Hi, Well several things for me to explain. Sounds like you are not from here?
So, Fairmount Memorial Association runs all the non-Catholic cemeteries in Spokane, Wa. There are 6 of them(non-Catholic)
2 of them are directly across the St. from each other. The name of one is Riverside Memorial Park, the other cemetery that is across the Street is called Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
So, as far as Riverside goes here in Spokane, there is 1 Riverside Cemetery.
Hope that helps.
I stopped at the office yesterday and asked for locations. When she looks up locations, she looks at all of their cemeteries.
She had 2 listings for Frank O'Leary--one in Greenwood)1875--1928) and one in Riverside(1891--1947). She had "
no Frank O'Leary who died in 2002."
So, I have dug around, as much as can be done, with free sites
The Frank O'Leary you are looking for was born in 1920 and died in Texas in 2002 and supposed to be buried at Riverside Memorial Cemetery.
Is that correct? Is there any chance his body never made it up here? Could he be under a different last or first name?
Sorry, that was far enough back I don't know what source I used. I deleted the memorial.

Hi, I have been to the Toft plot in Evergreen Cemetery. There is only a family marker and no individual grave markers. Do you want me to post a photograph of the family monument in lieu of individual markers? Thanks, -Dave

You are very very welcome!!!!
Could you please transfer this memorial to me as it is my mother!
Thanks for the info. I have updated their memorials.
