Serge A. Theriault is Bishop of the Christian Catholic Rite of Community Churches and General Superintendent for Canada, International Council of Community Churches.
He has been Pastor of the Church in Ottawa-Gatineau since 1976 and has a Th.D. degree from the Christian Catholic Faculty at the University of Berne, Switzerland.
He holds other degrees (Ph.D., M.P.A., M.Couns., B.Ed.); has been university professor and dean of graduate studies & research, senior advisor in government and consultant (organizational development); was happily married to late Diane Chouinard and is the father of John (Chantal), Melanie (Mitch) and Justin (Amanda), and the grandfather of Veronica.
