Bio and Links
I became interested in genealogy after my Father passed away. I felt a need to "find my roots". Find a Grave has been so helpful to me in my search. Obituaries hold a wealth of information, and often allow me to find a "link" to reconnect parents and families.

If you are related and I have a memorial for one of your loved ones, please contact me by clicking on the edit tab on the upper right hand corner of the memorial and then clicking the suggest a correction link to ask for a transfer. Connecting families, both past and present, is what it is all about!!

*Please do not copy pictures from any of my memorials without my permission--they are mine by rights. I would not copy your photos without your permission--

Thank you!
My mom lost her baby sister *Nova Lea Bowden* 51 years ago. Thanks to you adding her grave she got to see a picture of her stone for the first time since she moved away, a few months after her sister passed. I'd tried to find her grave years ago so I was so excited to see you'd posted her. I accidentally ran across her because she had been linked on her brothers page. Thank you for putting so much effort into this! We really appreciate it :)

Thank you
Thank you so much for your dedication to virtual memorials. I see that just this January, 2017 you added some Kauffman records.

Harry & Mary Wallar
Hi Jane, I wondered whether you knew the Wallars (I saw your flowers). I knew Pauline (but I knew her as Peggy).

Edit processed. No problem. For me, this isn't work. I enjoy going out and taking the pictures, though I'm not always happy with the results. It's what I do for fun these days. Take care.

Thanks for the great photo you added to her memorial...I'm not sure how close you are to the cemetery but if possible could you one day maybe try to get another? sadly your camera posted the date right over her name...this is something that would happen to me lol...if not, that's fine and your contribution is much appreciated..thank you for taking the time to help out!

James Oliver Moss
My records show he was born 25 July 1862 in Indiana. He married Martha Johnson 30 Oct. 1882. I also have it that she hung herself. James's parents were James Kelly Moss who married Sarah Elizabeth Pursell. His siblings were: Martha Melvinia, Lydia Margaret, Thomas Hendron (my gr. grandfather), Malinda Ann, John William & LaVerne Jane.

Are we talking about the same family?Judy

We created, I think, duplicate memorials. If you'd like, take a look at #177075686. I was originally baffled as to why he would be in Milwaukee, but after reading Gertrude's memorial, and doing some research, it all makes sense now. His marker is in section H of Valhalla cemetery next to or near the Lippert families. I haven't added them yet, but will soon. I didn't photograph a marker for Gertrude and none may exist, but next trip there I'll check, but at this point I think it's safe to assume she is there as well. If you think the two memorials are the same, let me know. I'll add the marker photo to your memorial, and you can change the burial place to Valhalla. I'll then delete mine. Unless you know something I don't.

Jane was a member of our DAR chapter. We would like a photo of her grave for proper documentation. Appreciate it if you are able to help us!

Thanks!
