Bio and Links
Bio Photo We would be glad to help you with adding information, but

YOU NEED TO USE THE EDIT TAB.

Due to the number of emails that we receive, we reserve the right to not respond to those who do not USE THE EDIT TAB per FAG guidelines. We do not add information from "Visitors" to FAG. Per FAG policy, we have 30 days to make a correction/addition.

We are not responsible for the 'half-sibling' notes on links or repetitious links. That is a database or submitter problem. If you do not understand why, please contact FAG.

TRANSFERS & CORRECTIONS-----Please follow the Find A Grave Guidelines for transfers and corrections and specify the relationship. "Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren." Please use a Virtual Cemetery to collect your non-direct ancestors or special populations.

If you feel that you are somehow 'entitled' to our copyrighted work and pictures, do not be surprised that you will be held accountable. Each and every photo on this website is the copyrighted material of the person who took the photo (some may have been passed down or have been granted permission to post/use a photo) and usually posted it if documented. Permission is usually granted when requested. This is not about sharing. The photos and pics are in fact, shared on this site. It is about the common courtesy to those that spend time, effort and money all at their own personal expense to help preserve American history.

We have met many wonderful people through FAG. Unfortunately, there have been a number of individuals who have been rude, who have not understood that we are volunteers, who have been otherwise abusive or who have been frankly bizarre and/or threatening. To that end, we will follow the FAG guidelines. It is about the hunt, not the numbers. But dealing with some of the FAG members and interlopers, we have learned to follow the guidelines.

Our family names/linages include:

Zoe M. Meeker Memorial Park Cemetery OKC, OK
Hi,
I was doing research on property owned by Grover Cleveland Meeket in Oklahoma City, OK today. I noticed when checking Find A Grave, that his second wife, Zoe M. Meeker, who is also buried at Memorial Park Cemetery is not connected to him. Can you fix that for future searchers?

Just thinking ahead for others!
Thanks!
Cindy

RE: Samuel Snapp
I'm not sure what "managing" it means, other than answering queries, but as I am his descendent, I'd be happy to.

Would love to add some details about him from Ike Preston's bio (his son-in-law).

Samuel Snapp - Herman/Sandusky Cemetery Grayson County
Thank you so much for the photograph of my, uh, great-great-great grandfather's grave (Samuel Snapp). I grew up in Sherman, TX, relatively close to the Herman Cemetery you photographed in Whitesboro. 40+ years ago, my great aunt came to visit and wanted to find his grave, thinking it might be in the big cemetery in Sherman. We spent a couple of afternoons stomping around in there, to no avail of course.

Growing up in Sherman, I had no idea that my great great grandfather (Ike Preston) and his father-in-law (Mr Snapp) moved to Sherman after the Civil War. I had thought they had first settled in Illinois Bend (Montague County), as this is where my great grandmother and grandmother were born.

And of course, if anyone else contacts you about Samuel Snapp, please feel free to share my contact info.

Kind regards
Jeff
