A little about me: I'm a native New Englander, born and raised in Massachusetts. I am an avid boardgamer and I currently own nearly 500 board games and card games. I am also a board game designer, and my first published game, called Island Fortress, was released in April 2013. My card game, Aviary was released in February 2016. My newest card game called Death Pit Duels was released on August 5, 2016.
Aside from playing and designing games, I also enjoy genealogy, traveling, photography, and watching sumo and baseball. Let's go Red Sox!
Countries I've visited: Scotland, England, Romania, Sweden, Czech Republic, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Taiwan.

Hi Bryan...In the 1930 & 1940 census they are listed as husband and wife in Dakota County, Nebraska. From what I find on the 1910 & 1920 census Edwin and Mary had 4 children...Vern, Belle, William and Edwin. Hope that helps!

Belatedly, thank you for trying to find and photograph the gravestone of my distant relative. Having seen some of the other old worn stones in that cemetery, I can certainly understand how difficult a job you undertook. Thank you again for your time and effort.

I have attended a family history fair and they encouraged us to use Find A Grave. I have in the past but with little results. Thank you for your posting. Mabel is married to Edwin Hanson, a relative of my wife. I am however, perplexed as we also have a date of marriage (no place) of Nov 1924. I was wondering if this is right. They had only 8 months of marriage-she would be only 31. What happened??

Bryan, I just found your entries and headstone photos at Springbank Cemetery for Isaac and Jacob Ellis. Their spouses, Rosetta and Viola Mae/May Williams are in my family tree via their Williams family (their parents were Milton and Deborah Coffin Williams). Their parents and two other family members were tragically killed in a train/automobile collision on Jan. 28, 1922 near Estherville, Iowa. I have that information at hand, as well as other Williams/Coffin family material. I don't know if you are related to these Ellis persons and want more family information. If you do, please feel free to contact me. I started doing volunteer photos on Find A Grave last year to 'pay it forward' for my own family searches and photo requests. You can look at my bio page if you wish. All the best, Richard K. Thompson, Fairfield, Iowa. email@example.com

Bryan, No need to apologize for not being able to fill any of my other requests. I am happy with what you were able to do. I could not have taken a picture of David Hileman's headstone myself.

Thank you very much for the picture of his headstone. I really appreciate it. T Selby
