Thank you, Sandy for additional info on death certificate, any chance you have a copy? I know my grandmother was married at the time of her death to a Johnson..but never knew his first name. I only recently stumbled on the cemetery my grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother are buried in . What a surprise to find them all together.

Sorry about the upside down photos I am left-handed and for some reason when I take photos they do not upload upright, it's quite aggravating! I have fixed them per your request :)
Hi I am back. I was wondering if you have any Cherokee kin? I am suppose to have some Cherokee blood in me and thought we might be able to share some info. Thanks Angie

I was wondering if therwas a headstone for Leonard Hager memorial#48696108 and if he is buried in this Childress Cemetery or the old Childress Cemetery. A jeanne gillipsie has contacted me and said he was buried there. I was also wondering if I could turn over the Hager's you gave me to a closer Hager family member. I was also wondering if you are related to any Knuckles or Nuckles Later Angie Thanks

All done. I also added Frank's headstone picture. Can you link Zadie with her parents.
|Sherlock||RE: Paid Researcher|
I paid a researcher to find out what happened to my grandmother's father which caused her to be put into a children's home. The researcher could not find anything but I paid her anyway for her time. I searched old newspapers and found out that he was ran over by a train. No obituary was found and only a small note in the newspaper about the accident.

Wow, thank you so much. I don't have this information. I'm just getting started. I've always wanted to trace my roots, but I think Mom's passing has pushed me to actually do it. Thank you again.

I have met some very nice people on Find A Grave and you are at the top of the list. Maybe we are Cherokee cousins. I have not been able to prove my Cherokee blood and a retired professor sent me mail saying there is no such thing as a DNA test to prove it. She offered help for $500 per person researched. Sure cannot afford that.

Sandy, I just found the memorial that you made for my first cousin Janice. I have searched so many times for her obituary or anything about her burial location. All I knew was that she got married again and moved to South Carolina where she worked as a nurse. I just went to the edit key on the memorial and asked for a transfer. Many thanks to you for helping me find Janice.
