___________________________
***Brown: This is one of my two brick walls.
Charles W. Brown lived in the quad city area, Kansas, Illinois, and possibly Iowa and Wisconsin. The middle initial may not be correct. Charles Brown married {Mary E. Gerth, b. abt 1842 in Illinois.}
Update: Charles Brown is buried in Freeport, Illinois. I have not located the gravesite yet.

***Carstedt: I am only finding two families for the name Carstedt/Karstedt. The "other one" has lots of info and descendents. Mine has my family and my Grandfather's first family from Kansas. I would like to find some of his grandchildren, or their offspring. Since Grandpa was much older when he started his second family, I believe the "cousins" I am looking for would be Christian Carstedt's great grandchildren.
_____________________________
***RUSH: The Rush family from Eureka, Woodford County, Illinois....I have found ancestors. Now I would really like to find some descendants. Great Grandpa Douglas Rush had siblings, but we know nothing of who they may have married, or where they went.

Tip for grave marker photos: Do not walk around a cemetery when it is 100 degrees, get all excited about finding what you are looking for, only to get home and discover there is no memory card in your camera. Check before leaving home!
_____________________________
I have only begun to fulfill photo requests for local cemeteries. There are so many requests coming in that I cannot possibly get to all of them in a timely manner. I will do my best as I travel around on errands and outings. When requests come in, I try to give you the option of posting the photo yourself, as your own. Once I send it to you, it is yours. I do not need those big numbers on my profile, nor do I need the credit.

Virtual Flowers...
CONEFLOWER picture is one that I grew myself. I will be leaving this flower for all related to me. I have left it in the past for some "maybe's" and extended family.

The WHITE LILY that I leave denotes that I am not related in any way.

My YELLOW BUTTERCUP is for the maybe category.
