|verriere||Mary Carl Danelly|
I have a question about Memorial #37976741, "Mary Carl Danelly". I believe the subject of that memorial to be the mother of my great grandmother Mahala Dannelly (1850 census) or Danley (1860 census). I am interested in the source for the assigned surname CARL for "Mary Wife of W. R. Dannelly". Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have a picture of William's headstone. I need to crop it and reduce it in size before I can post it. I was in Pleasant Plains over the weekend and took as many photos as I could find.

When we talked last, I said I was looking for Obits for some of your relatives. I found Obits and recorded them on Find A Grave for Charles Herman Jr. Frankum (1930-1932), Virgie Mae Frankum (1911-1998) and Kathleen Frankum Lee (1933-1997)- Little Prairie Cemetery. If any of them are your relatives, let me know and I will transfer them to you.

I am always happy to help. You know how we both love the adventure of the "hunt."

You're welcome Vicki. It was my pleasure to photograph your uncle Floyd's cemetery marker/plaque at Oak View Memorial Park Cemetery in Antioch, California. I'm glad you liked the 'flower icon' as well, the crown with finger pointing up circled by a wreath. It's one of my favorites. It symbolizes christian righteousness, heavenly reward, and victory over death. I first discovered it on the tomb of Mary C Forbes (1847-1870) who is buried at the Pioneer Cemetery in Coloma, CA that I photographed last year.
