I visited Magnolia Cemetery today and tried to fill your photo request for Gladys and Phyllis Brooks. Unfortunately I was unable to locate their headstones in Section 6 Row 3. I will be going back up there tomorrow to work on cleaning family headstones and I will walk other sections to see if I can locate them,
Sincerely, Lisa Varnes-Rex
|Christopher Williams||Native American (Deland?)|
Hi. I am Leland H.Bonds grandson. I am trying to track the Deland side, which I know a lot of work has been done on. I know that Zella and June (Babcock) did quite a bit of work, some of which I have notes for. I was told by June just before she passed, that we had Native American, buy she couldn't remember how. The only thing she remembered was that it was through the Deland family. She still didn't seem certain whether it was through the Delands or not, so I have been digging into stuff.
Any info would be awesome. Thanks.

Can you please add obituaries or death records (or both) to Daniel, Alwilda and Charles J Wright? It would be helpful with my Wright ancestry search.
John F. Wright is missing...... and he was last listed as being in Portland, Oregon; but I have not been able to locate him. Perhaps one of the other children's obits list if he is living or dead.
Thank you very much!!

|M. Johnson||John Winegar|
Mormon Cemetery, Pottawattamie, Iowa
I'm looking for a John Winegar 1821-1888. I see you have photographed the Mormon Cemetery. John's wife Elizabeth is there and on the records it says on the same stone is Elizabeth, George, John and William. However the John on Find A Grave is John 1854-1930. He is their son and the stone looks to be separate from the large stone. Do you know if John 1821-1888 is on with Elizabeth? Thank you for you time on this. Just asking. MJ
Do you know of any web sites that would be helpful for Iowa records. Thanks, MJ
Hi Julie!! I see you have created a site for my Great Great Grandfather Charles Wright. I'm wondering if you have access to a newspaper from back then that might have his obituary in it. Maybe at the local library? Just wondering..... I would LOVE to see his obit!! Thank you, Linda

|Annette wetzel||Carrie Fisher Fountain|
Thank you so much for the photograph of the tombstone. Carrie is my 2X great grand aunt. I recently found a photo of her in my 2X great grandmother's family bible. Not sure of the Varns connection yet investigating that. I also have a photo of William Fountain her husband. Very helpful. Thank you for your help.
