I love doing Genealogy and will be more than happy to help out a fellow FAG member whenever I can.|
If I have entered a memorial that is not a family member of mine and you are connected and would like to maintain the memorial, please send me the request using the suggestion option.
If I have entered a family member of mine that is also a family member of yours and you have information you would like added, please let me know as I will be more than happy to add it to the memorial.
If you believe any of the information that I have entered is incorrect please suggest a correction. I do not normally add false information, most of the information that I add has been found and documented, however we are all human and therefore there may be human errors made by mistake.
NOTE: It is a beautiful thing when someone not related to you takes the time to help a fellow member -- Many thanks to all who have and will help another in the future.
I will NOT transfer any of my family members memorials so please do request one.
I don't mind when you use my photos for your own purpose, however I do not like to see that you have taken my photo(s) and claimed it as your own.
Please make all change requests via the edit button located in the upper right hand corner of the memorial.

Her parents are my Aunt and Uncle.
|GStarbird||Alfred Flatman Garrard|
I am wondering how you know that Flatman was Alfred Garrard's middle name? I have the same and can't figure out what proof I have that supports that his middle name was Flatman.
Trying to connect him to his ancestors is proving difficult as it appears that his family used naming patterns which means many have the same given names. His death certificate has Albert's father's name as Albert. I "think" it was John. If his middle name was Flatman, it makes sense that his mother was Maria Aldous(sp?)Flatman, not Mary Eaton as so many Ancestry trees have.
Hoping you are a Garrard researcher or know Garrard researchers who may be able to help me.

|Kevin Wanamaker||RE: Woodlawn Cemetery|
Sorry you are right the Cemetery gave me the grave for George Nelson Bliss. We didn't know that your request was for a baby we only had George Bliss and a year of death 1825. I have called them and gave me the right grave. Please post a new request so I don't forget (85129108) and I'll check it out as soon as I can but we are got snow today and are getting some tomorrow. I have taken the picture down from George N. Bliss 85129108 and put them up on 142111448, 142111696. I also took a picture of the side of the stone and it has there children listed so I posted there picture to Lucia C. Bliss 142111790 and Walter Scott Bliss 142111738
|Barry Mateer||Henry Kirby - son of Elias and Mary Kirby|
There should be listed... the last child of Elias and Mary Kirby.
Henry Kirby was born 1834 in Champaign Co. Il
He was on the 1860 census as a 23 year old living with his parents in Clarke County, Iowa. His death I have seen listed as 1864.
|Barry Mateer||Theresa Kirby Blanchard - son?|
On the 1860 census in Iowa, Clarke County, Fremont Township, Elias Kirby Sr. and wife, Mary, have living at home their last son, Henry who is listed as 23, and then there is a Perry Blanchard who is 14... being born about 1846.
|Barry Mateer||Elias Kirby II and Clarke County, Iowa|
Elias Kirby Junior would be the brother of my great, great grandmother, Margaret Kirby Saddoris, who is buried a few miles from my present home in Clarke County Iowa. According to census, it would seem that Elias II spent time in Clarke County before returning to Illinois, as did his father, Elias Kirby I who is listed on some of the Land Abstracts that of the land that I own. Just wondered if you did not know of this Iowa sojourn or didnít have space to include it here.

Are you related to Pvt Roswell E. Bliss?
|William (Bill) S. Webb||Isaac Atkinson - 413 306 07|
Shari, I have some information that may be in conflict with what you have posted on the above mentioned name. I found an Isaac Atkinson - Find A Grave - 153 188 903 that may be the same as yours.
My sources are the Hardesty book 1882 and
"Navigator" published Summer 2016, page 30.
There is a picture of the grave marker showing the following aged 81 8m 20d with the death date of 7 Apr 1853. This would indicate Isaac (153 188 903) being born during 1772. I would like to link to the correct individual to his parents if we can. Would you be able to assist?
