|Steve Hall||Photo request: Nancy Hall|
Gail - I am guessing your interest in Nancy Caroline Crockett Hall is from the Crockett side, based on some other replies I read on your profile page. She was my paternal great grandmother. I have done a lot of research on both the Hall and Crockett lines and have been to the Hall Cemetery several times in the past 5 yrs. I regret that the burial plots for both Nancy and John Lyon Hall are unmarked. I wish my father and his older sister were still living because I believe they would be able to remember where their graves were located. All of that to say that I am unable to complete your photo request. 3 years ago my son, my younger brother, and I went to the Hall Cemetery to do some maintenance. At that time we dug up the headstone of David R Crockett (Nancy's father) because it was sinking into the ground and would soon be out of sight. We cleaned the stone and re- mounted it with rock underneath so it will stay visible for a while longer. I was there on 9/7/17 and it is still in good shape. There are several death records that indicate burials in the cemetery that have no visible markers.

Hello Gail, I noticed you maintain Chester and Catherine Marie Ellenberger graves at Forest Lawm Memorial Park.
Her mother is related to me and I have been attempting to add some photographs I have of the family.
I thought you might want to add to her grave her parents names.
Mother Jessie Crago Holsinger # 91718007
Father Charles Holsinger # 117580357

Thanks for transferring her. I'll add her family info soon (today....at work....instead of working, probably). Thanks again, Don Ferguson

Would it be too much trouble to transfer this memorial to me? This was my Aunt (wife to my father's oldest brother - the "Johnnie" mention on the headstone; he passed in 2010 and was cremated). I've info on other members of her family, and I just figure that it would be easier to add it myself as the "Created By" person than to keep pestering you with additions and changes. Thanks much, Don Ferguson

You have requested a grave photo at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis. This cemetery is quite large and without a plot location it is near impossible to just stumble upon a requested grave. I am happy to try to fulfill your request though if you will contact the office and ask for the plot location.Just let me know, or post the plot on the memorial and I will try to fulfill it in the near future. The office can be reached at (901) 767-8930

Hi, You requested I add Robert Crockett (1808-1876) and Mary Polly Rice Crockett (1813-1863) as the parents for Anna Elizabeth Crockett Owen. Can you give me a way to verify that these are her parent's, please. I make every effort to be accurate. Thank you.

William and Mary Slavens Crockett are my GG grandparents. At one time I had Verdie Crockett listed as a child of theirs. In talking with other cousins we came to the conclusion that she didn't exist. If you have proof of her existence I am happy to oblige your request. I have walked the cemetery where my GG grandparents are buried. No record of Verdie was discovered.
