RE: Charles A. McKinney
I don't have all of the documentation to prove this but here it is to use as you see fit. The only Collin McKinney in the list is Helen's brother. The listing your friend has is probably the same one I started out with many years ago. It had lots of problems and with a lot of research I came up with the following. I have not been able to locate anything before Charles F. and Frances McKinney.

My father is Billy E. McKinney son of "Boss" and Ollie McKinney.

Charles Andrew and JoAnn "Josie" McKinney were the parents of Collin W., Marion Franklin, Cora Etta Jane, Charles Benjamin Harrison "Boss", Helen Gertrude, and Lida Bell McKinney.

Marion and Margaret Jane McKinney were the parents of Mary F., Wilburn Madison T., Charles Andrew, Zinzie Bell, Henry Crutcher, Christine M., Luella, Nellie G., and Lillie B. McKinney.

Charles F. and Frances McKinney were the parents of Marion McKinney.

RE: Rockport Cemetery
You are most welcome on the Corbett and Phelps photos. Didn't have anything to clean stones, but could make out inscriptions up close. Hopefully you can see by zooming in on pix.

RE: John W. Collins
Unless someone has come along and placed a regular stone over the grave all burials in Confederate's Rest are marked with those old concrete markers with numbers on them. They are called Plats. Mr Collins is in Plat #701. The numbers on most of them are almost worn off and it's getting difficult to locate graves in that section.

I was not able to Bettie Carnes Phillips though. Did you look in the book for her? Now you have made me wonder who the DM Horton is. I wonder too about those flat markers that lay on the ground. I'm afraid they eventually get grown over and just disappear.
