Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have research going on with several different family trees. I have lived in Omaruru, Namibia, Africa since 1993 and don't get back to the States very often but I have found this sight a great way to keep up with my research and to add people to the web sight. My late husband and I had a small computer company here in Omaruru. I have been doing research for over 20 years. Some of my families are Sniders, Arants, Gantt, Gaddis, Bass, Lancaster, Farmer, Sewell, Brocks, Funderburk. My husband's are McFadden, Davis, Carter, Nelson, Byrd, Haynes, Bradford. My first husband's family is Yocom. I am also a member of the Baha'i Faith and there are a gooup of us that are adding early Baha'is and friends to the memorial.

Marlene Brown - Valhalla Memory Gardens

The Valhalla Memory Gardens located here in Huntsville, Alabama does not work well with Find a Grave Volunteers requesting burial locations. I would suggest that you call the office 256-852-8500 and request burial locations for Marlene Brown. Then put in a edit request for their memorial to have the burial location added. It is possible that a volunteer will pick up the photo request knowing that they do not have to deal with 'office personalities' and can go directly to the Garden, Lot, and Space and full fill the photo request.

I read that the Omaruru is dry much of the time. Like the Santa Cruz in my hometown of Tucson. That river runs North out of Mexico. Rain in Sonora often came 'uphill' where people would go to watch the 'bore' advance up the wash. The Gila does the same thing - - bank to bank some years and dry others. I read you have bore holes, like the Nul Arbor plain in Australia. Here, we have earthquakes to mark time, events that set apart divisions in one's life. BTW - - isn't in the middle of the night? Regards and best - -

You're very welcome. Interesting place you live; seems the Internet unites us all. Greetings from Southern California where our seven year drought may have ended with this winter's rains. We're 185% of average - and the cemetery lawns are wildly green. Regards - -
