Mt. Pleasant Cemetery
I am searching for burial location of a couple of Farmers from Carroll County. Ollie Belle (1900-1910) and H.H. Farmer 1893-abt1914). Both are children of Samuel Abston and Mattie Smith Farmer. There are no known locations for these two. In 1910 Samuel Farmer lived in Beat 4 Carroll County, MS and I cannot get anyone to tell me where Beat 4 would have been in 1910. If i knew I could search cemeteries in those areas. I have been told that a Farmer, maybe John Bird Farmer, donated or sold the land for the MT. Pleasant Cemetery. Do you know if that is true? Someone said that there was a sign at the cemetery relating that information. Where is Mt. Pleasant located. I might as well ask for help on my other task. I am searching for Smith's of Carroll County, MS. George W. Smith married Rachael Ann Fatheree in Carroll Co. I am searching for his son William B.Smith born 1839 and grandson George W. Smith born 1888. I have been searching for 18 months. Thanks for any help Glen.

Do you know of any cemetery's that isn't there anymore. Death certificate says Sumner , Ms. Funeral home was on Main Street in Webb ms. Lon and Mary Hester Hope was their names.
