Roger & Kimberly Ann Staton Hancock I was born in Clinton county, raised in Boone county, and live in Montgomery county, all Indiana. I have been interested in genealogy for thirty years and have been working on our family tree. Roger, born in Montgomery county and family settled in Fountain county Indiana.|
I clean and restore tombstones. I am the Cemetery Coordinator for the Genealogy Club of Montgomery County, Indiana. Just finished restoring O'Neall cemetery. The Club is currently working on the restoration of the Yountsville cemetery in Montgomery county, Indiana. Started in August of 2011.
Keep in mind, I do not ask for all relatives, only direct within 4 generations to be transferred, it is a shame of those that chose to only get their "numbers" up rather follow the guide lines. Find A Grave rules:
What if a member will not transfer my relative to me?
If the memorial in question is a direct relative within four generations (siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents) to you and the original submitter is not direct family, then they must transfer the memorial
I add memorials just to help others, if you see a family member on here that I have added, please do not hesitate to ask for the transfer, my main concern is to add as many as I can & to help others & to get it right. If you see a family member of mine on here and have an addition please do not hesitate to e-mail me.
My main goal it to clean and restore our Pioneer cemeteries, I have a tri-pod and generator, all the equipment to level, clean, repair, and fix a 1 ton monument, as long as it is not over 8 feet tall. Happy Hunting, Kim

|Dianne Caves Carman||Cleaning|
Hello again, would you mind telling me what you use to clean the stones?
|Dianne Caves Carman||McJunkins|
I would like to thank you for restoring his headstone. I do this in my area mainly centered on veterans graves. Sure wish I had your equipment. It is a passion I wish more people would get involved in. Bless You
He is my 1st cousin 6x removed.

Thanks Kim. T.N. Myers "married into the family" and I have not researched his direct line beyond the name sof his parents (Noah Myers and Mary M Grimes). So further research about Charles and Belle is not necessary based on my determined needs. But once again, I want to thank you for your very generous efforts on my behalf. I cana't begin to put a price on your work.
As you might image, I'll be requesting photos for Paul's marker, ass well as any other's that haven't already been determined. I seem to recall you once telling me that T.N. and Sarah were the only ones with markers, but I can't be certain.
It seems remarkable to me that 6 of those graves lie empty. And as I recall, the records you consult are the actual records of the cemetery, right? Not a "reading" of cemetery stones.

Todd Earl Binford is the son of Annetta "Nettie" (Myers) who married George A Binford. Annetta is sister to Wally. I have no idea who C.C. Sidener or Belle are. But the information you've provided is very helpful. I'm going to have to do a lot of research personally in the local area if I can hope to learn anything about the third child for Wally and his wife Nettie. (Yes, Wally had a sister named Nettie and married a woman called Nettie.)
Thank you for taking the time to photograph tombstones! It is appreciated :-)

Could you transfer John Cunningham's site to me? He is an ancestor and I have been looking for his grave site for ages. My F.A.G. # is 48160551.
Thank you so much. I am coming to Montgomery County to see this cemetery sometime after Christmas.

|Rachel R||Cedar Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, IN|
I recently copied some records regarding this cemetery at the Lebanon Public Library. I sent an edit that I think will come to you to approve on John W. Hendricks. Please don't approve or allow the edit I suggested. I was wrong. There is a John W. Hendricks and a John H. Hendricks both buried at Cedar Hill so your profile for John W. is correct according to the records from the library.
