Bio Photo JERRY POSING AT THE ELLIFF FAMILY PLOT IN MCDONALD COUNTY, MISSOURI.

I always knew that I would do some kind of volunteer work upon retiring. I came upon Find A Grave while researching our (wife and I) ancestry. I have never enjoyed photography, but I truly enjoy claiming, locating, taking pictures, and posting the marker/headstone for the requestors. My biggest disappointment is finding that a gravesite does not have a marker or headstone.

I do volunteer photos, but I also enjoy taking photos of markers for the veterans interred at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona and posting them to the memorial that was established by another volunteer.

I served 20 years in the United States Air Force retiring as an E7 (Master Sergeant) 1961-1981.

After retiring from the AF I was employed by the Drug Enforcement Administration as a Federal Investigator and accountant.

I transferred the duplicate memorial to you. That way you can do any editing yourself and then delete the one of your choosing. I could have messaged Find A Grave but it takes them forever to make changes!

Thanks for adding this memorial. He was my aunt Diane Hockenberrys uncle. She was thrilled to see her uncles memorial as we live in Pennsylvania and would not be able to make it out there.

James Edward Goldsmith b. 1891
Sorry, I put that Harold Raymond was James Edward Goldsmith's first child. He was born in 1914 but he has an older brother born in 1911, George Vernon Goldsmith.

Are you related to James Edward Goldsmith and how? He is my grandfather. My father was Harold Raymond Goldsmith who was his first child by Laura Etta Richardson. I am trying to find information about his 2nd wife Myrtle and her son James Edward Jr. Any help would be appreciated. My email is judyelainevoorheis@gmail.com (my maiden name is Goldsmith.)
