I currently live in Seaford, Delaware. I got interested in geneaology later in life. Became involved in it because I knew very little about my mothers side of the family. In 1999, I took 9 names and worked on it till now in 2008, that list has grown to over 800 names. Another family member had worked on my father's side. In doing research, I found a couple of overlaps. The member who had been doing my father's side has passed away. Since 2001, I have branched out doing both sides of family. My family now contains the names-Blocksom, Cannons, Deans, Fishell, Knowles, Massey, Morgan, Morris, Trice, Towers, Warrens, Wheatleys and Williams.|
Found that many of the some small cemeteries are disappearing. I am trying to locate and preserve little family plots that show up in fields, woods, ect. Trying to preserve their information for others who are searching. Hoping my work will help others find family. HAve transcribed several church cemeteries in my local area of Sussex County, Delaware.
I am willing to help others with genealogy, if I can. I am always looking for more information about various families. Glad to share any data I have with others looking. If you write, try to include something about geneaology or graves so I know it is not spam.

|Babydw||Memorial# 17026638, Benjamin Hovey|
I have a question regarding Find A Grave Memorial# 17026638 for Benjamin Hovey. Can you tell me the source you used to name his parents Truman and Mary? I found an obit and census records for this person saying that his parents were Lyman B. and Mary Hovey.

I believe Margaret Ann Brohawn's parents are Thomas Edward Brohawn and Ann Marie Morris. She can be found in the 1850 Census with her mother and siblings. Her father was dead by that time.

Find A Grave Memorial# 16611818
Actually this is Chloe Pepper who married 12/12/1834 Elijah Cannon who died 1858. She then married Joseph Sprague sometime after the 1870 census (where she is listed as a widow. In the 1900 census she is living with her daughter, Mary and her husband, George W Hearn, and again listed as a widow.

Can you please double check this site for the parents of Johnson W Cannon?
(Find A Grave Memorial# 14958209)
It would appear his parents (as you have them listed?) were born much later than his birthdate.

AS closer look at the headstone, I believe the death date to be 1949.

I would like a photo of the Grave marker for infant William Walter Hackett dated 1900-1900, buried in Cokesbury Cemetery, Eldorado, Dorchester County Maryland Find A Grave Memorial 28093287.
I see you live in Delaware so maybe this will not be possible for you to do so. I see you created the memorial page for William so thought maybe the cemetery is near you. If it isn't possible for you to take a photo of grave marker I will understand.
|gsellen||Joseph H. C. Bryan|
Joseph Henry Clay Bryan and his Wife Nancy Lankford Bryan had other children, one being Wilbur Alpha Bryan (my great-grandfather) Wilbur is buried at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Seaford with Nancy. Wilbur's with Ethel Elena Bryan is buried in Wilmington at Silverbrook. They were the parents of my grandfather, Joseph Henry Clay Bryan, II, who is buried with his wife Florence Elliott Bryan in Lewes. I would be happy to manage Joseph the I if you wish. But thank you for placing them on Find-a-grave.

I received a message from JReeder suggesting that he doesnt want the family. If you want to manage his people, thats fine with me. If you don't want them them i'll be happy to take them. I don't have a direct ancestral link to them. They are distant relations of mine through Solomon's son Robert Kinder Noble. He married my father's aunt, Margaret Merriken.
Im fine with whatever you decide.
